Abstract

According to Basic Health Research data (2013), the use of family planning for the national figure has increased from 55.8% (2010) to 59.7% (2013). Hormonal contraception users (84.57%) and non hormonal (19.35%). Where the coverage of exclusive breastfeeding in Indonesia in 2015 is only (55.7%). The factors that affect milk production are the use of contraceptives.The purpose of this study is to know the difference in the adequacy of breast milk production in hormonal family planning acceptors in the working area of ​​Caile Health Center, Ujung Bulu District, Bulukumba Regency.This study uses an observational analytic design with a "cross-sectional" approach. The population in this study were 52 people and a sample of 39 respondents who were determined using consecutive sampling techniques. Data collection was carried out using observation sheets and questionnaires. The results of the analysis using the Fisher Exact statistical test or an alternative to the Chi-Square test through the cell merging process showed that the value of p = 0.028 or smaller than the value of α = 0.05, which means there is a difference in the adequacy of breast milk production in hormonal KB acceptor mothers.The conclusion in this study is that there are differences in the adequacy of breast milk production in hormonal family planning acceptors in the work area of ​​Caile Health Center, Ujung Bulu District, Bulukumba Regency. Researchers suggest that mothers who are breastfeeding can choose and use an appropriate contraceptive while breastfeeding so that it does not interfere with the lactation process.

Abstract

Pregnancy is very closely related to childbirth, nifas and newborns. The quality of antenatal services provided greatly affects the health of the mother and fetus in the process of childbirth, nifas and newborns. But in its development, every pregnancy has a risk of experiencing complications or complications. Therefore, to ensure the protection of pregnant women and fetuses, efforts are carried out in early detection of risk factors for complications in pregnancy. Preeclampsia is a pregnancy complication characterized by an increase in blood pressure accompanied by proteinuria in pregnant women. Preeclampsia can be bad, even causing death in both the mother and the fetus it contains. This study was observational with a case-control design, where the case group was compared with the control group based on exposure status with a retrospective approach. The research was conducted at the Bontobangun health center, Rilau Ale District, Bulukumba Regency, from August to December 2021. As for the results of the study from 74 respondents, there were 37 normal pregnant women and 37 people the number of pregnant women who had preeclampsia. As for the excess weight gain (high risk) pregnant women who preeclampsia tend to be more than normal pregnant women, namely 6 people who have excess weight gain in pregnant women who are preeclampsia and 1 person who has excess weight gain in normal pregnant women. In addition, all pregnant women experience weight gain in the normal category. The results of the statistical test found that there was a relationship between weight gain and the incidence of preeclampsia at the Bontobangun Kec Health Center, Rilau Ale Kab.Bulukumba Period 2018-2020.

Abstract

The discussion raised in this study relates to the use of the figure of speech in the opinion rubric of the detik.com online newspaper. The form of the research analyzed is the use of affirmation figures of speech in the detik.com mass media. Sources of data obtained through the mass media detik.com were analyzed starting from October 2022, and the news was taken randomly every week. Data collection techniques used are analysis, observation, and documents. The results of the study were read, recorded, and explained by the use of figures of speech written in the news. The purpose of this analysis is to be able to find out what figure of speech is used in the detik.com mass media. The type of research conducted is qualitative research. The results of the study concluded that there were four types of figures of speech that the researchers found on detik.com. Among them, the repetition figurehead is found in two stories, pleonasm in one story, and anticlimactic in one news.

Abstract

The 2024 elections in Indonesia have received considerable attention, especially in relation to the campaign strategies carried out by various political candidates. The purpose of this research is to analyze and describe the campaign trends of the Prabowo Gibran pair in the 2024 Election. This research uses qualitative methods with data collection techniques through interviews and literature studies. The results of this study show that answering problems related to the trend of political campaign models carried out by Prabowo-Gibran in the 2024 Presidential and Vice Presidential Elections and interest in young people. Researchers hope that this research can provide recommendations for references with the same material and campaign model trends that can be reused in the next presidential and vice presidential elections with the delivery of a clear vision and mission narrative.

Abstract

Kegiatan ini bertema "Penerapan Teknologi Informasi Pembelajaran" dengan fokus pada implementasi aplikasi Microsoft Word dan Paint sebagai alat bantu pembelajaran bagi siswa. Materi yang disampaikan mencakup pengenalan dasar Microsoft Word dan Paint, seperti cara memilih jenis huruf, ukuran huruf, serta mewarnai gambar-gambar sederhana. Tujuan utama dari kegiatan ini adalah memberikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan dasar dalam penggunaan Microsoft Word dan Paint. Diharapkan, melalui kegiatan ini, siswa dapat lebih mudah menyelesaikan tugas-tugas sekolah dan meningkatkan kreativitas mereka.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana implementasi program digitalisasi UMKM melalui Rumah BUMN Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan teori implementasi kebijakan Merilee S. Grindle dengan menggunakan 2 variabel yaitu orientasi proses dan orientasi hasil. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan wawancara dengan 7 responden, dokumentasi dan observasi. Adapun teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarik kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa program digitalisasi UMKM yang diberikan oleh Rumah BUMN Yogyakarta telah rutin dilaksanakan pada tiap tahun yang membuat para pelaku UMKM merasakan manfaatnya dalam meningkatkan pemahaman terhadap pemasaran dan meningkatkan penjualan produk.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the effect of viral marketing and halal awareness on purchasing decisions at the Dr. Mansyur Medan branch of Mie Gacoan. In this study using quantitative research, quantitative research can be interpreted as a research method based on the philosophy of positivism, used to research on certain populations or samples, characteristics and relationships between variables whose data collection techniques use questionnaires. Data collection in this study was carried out through distributing questionnaires using a Likert scale. The sample in this study were Gacoan Noodle Consumers totaling 97 respondents. The technique used to analyze data using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis with the help of SPSS Software. The results showed that the partial test of viral marketing variables had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions at Mie Gacoan, Dr. Mansyur Medan branch. The halal awareness variable has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions at Mie Gacoan, Dr. Mansyur Medan branch, and in the simultaneous test the viral marketing variable and the halal awareness variable together have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions at Mie Gacoan, Dr. Mansyur Medan branch. In the Coefficient of Determination test, the Adjusted R Square value is 0.562 (56.2%) and the rest is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

This research to find out whether the behavior of current students still has a tendency to commit physical and sexual violence. The subjects in this study amounted to N = 139, determined by purposive sampling technique. The research method used in this study is using a survey or questionnaire distributed online to several universities in Indonesia. We developed a scale that had been made by José A. Ruiz-Hernández and David Pina, et al. from the University of Murcia, Spain, with the title of their researchAttitudes towards School Violence Questionnaire, Revised Version: CAHV-28. The results we got from the analysis using Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) were 19 subjects or 14%. students are at a high level, as many as 96 subjects or 69% of students are at a moderate level and as many as 24 subjects or 17% of students are at a low level. Based on gender, men tend to commit violence than women because they have a mean value = 56.9, greater than women, namely 51.6. Meanwhile, based on age, those aged 21 years and over tend to commit violence because they have a mean value = 56.61, followed by those aged 17-18 years, namely 52.95 and the last is 19-20 years old, namely 52.16.

Abstract

Dakwah merupakan ciri khas dari umat muslim. Ada berbagai cara dalam penyampaian dakwah tersebut, salah satunya yaitu dengan dakwah digital, dakwah ini dipilih menjadi salah satu solusi dalam penyampaian agama Islam salah satu yang perlu ditingkatkan adalah pemahaman tentang moderasi beragama. Hal ini telah memberikan perspektif baru dalam dunia dakwah. Dengan dakwah digital ini dapat memberikan kemudahan dalam menyebarkan agama Islam. Namun, dibalik kemudahan-kemudahan yang ditawarkan ternyata terdapat kesulitan-kesulitan dan tantangan yang harus dihadapi. Untuk itu dibutuhkan pemahaman tentang moderasi beragama dalam berdakwah dengan menggunakan metode digital. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk menguji seberapa besar dampak dakwah digital dalam meningkatkan pemahaman moderasi dalam beragama di kalangan Risma Masjid As Salam Bandar Lampung. Tahapan Metode pelaksanaan; 1). melakukan kegiatan wawancara terhadap pengurus risma masjid untuk menemukan permasalahan. 2). koordinasi dengan ta’mir masjid untuk izin melakasanakan kegiatan, dan menentukan jadwal dan peserta. 3). Pelaksanaan kegiatan pelatihan tentang peguatan nilai moderasi beragama dengan menggunakan dakwah digital 4). Evaluasi pelaksanaan kegiatan dengan diajukan pertanyaan seputar nilai moderasi beragama bagi peserta, kemudian dibuka dengan sesi diskusi dan kesimpulan. Hasil kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa Keakraban generasi muda dengan media social sangat mudah membuka peluang besar bagi para pendakwah khususnya dari kalangan pemuda dalam menyebarkan konten dakwah secara digital. Hal ini sangat mendukung dalam menyampaikan moderasi beragama untuk mencegah konflik dalam kehidupan masyarakat yang multikultural. Kata kunci: Dakwah Digital, Moderasi Beragama, Remaja Masjid
