Abstract

Kemampuan guru sekolah inklusi dalam melakukan identifkasi anak berkebutuhan khusus sangat diperlukan agar dapat memberikan pelayanan pendidikan yang sesuai. Guru sekolah inklusi harus mengetahui jenis-jenis, gejala dan ciri-ciri anak berkebutuhan khusus untuk dapat melakukan identifikasi yang sesuai. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui efektivitas pelatihan identifikasi anak berkebutuhan khusus (ABK) pada guru sekolah inklusi. Penelitaian ini adalah penelitian kuasi eksperimen dengan rancangan one group pre-test dan post-test design. Peserta dalam pelatihan identifikasi ABK ini adalah guru-guru yang menangani siswa ABK dengan jumlah 30 orang. Analisis dilakukan dengan paired sample t-test dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < alpha (0.05). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan identifikasi ABK ini efektif bagi para guru di sekolah inklusi. Kemampuan para guru sekolah inklusi dalam melakukan identifikasi pada ABK mengalami peningkatan setelah dilakukannya pelatihan.Kata Kunci: Pelatihan dentifikasi ABK, guru sekolah inklusi.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini ialah untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan model  Problem Based Learning dalam meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis mahasiswa pada mata kuliah Psikologi Sosial di Jurusan Psikologi Fakultas Ilmu Pendidikan UNESA. Problem Based Learning digunakan untuk merangsang berpikir tingkat tinggi dalam situasi yang berorientasi masalah, termasuk di dalamnya kemampuan berfikir kritis. Melalui penerapan Problem Based Learning ini, mahasisiswa diharapkan dapat menggali dan menemukan sendiri pemecahan masalah yang dibahas dalam proses belajar mengajar didalam kelas. Metode yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Sebelum dilakukan penelitian hanya ada 66,6% mahasiswa dalam kategori “cukup kritis”  sedangkan 33,30% lainnya ada dalam kategori “tidak kritis”. Setelah dilakukan tindakan dalam siklus I dan siklus II ditemukan bahwa mahasiswa yang termasuk  dalam kategori “sangat kritis” dari yang semula tidak ada  meningkat menjadi 29%  sementara itu, untuk  kategori “kritis” dari yang semula tidak ada meningkat menjadi 58% mahasiswa. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran berbasis masalah mampu meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis mahasiswa dalam mata kuliah Psikologi Sosial jurusan Psikologi Fakultas Ilmu Pendidikan UNESA. AbstractThe purpose of this study was to describe the application of the Problem Based Learning model in improving students' critical thinking skills in the Social Psychology course at the Psychology Department of the Faculty of Education at UNESA. Problem Based Learning is used to stimulate high-level thinking in problem-oriented situations, including the ability to think critically. Through the application of Problem Based Learning, students are expected to explore and find their own problem solving discussed in the teaching and learning process in the classroom. The method used is Classroom Action Research. Before to the study there were only 66.6% of students in the "quite critical" category while the other 33.30% were in the "uncritical" category. After the study with cycle I and cycle II found that students included in the category of "very critical" from none is increase to 29% of student while for the "critical" category from none is increase  to 58% of students. Thus, it can be concluded that the problem-based learning model is able to improve students' critical thinking skills in the Social Psychology course at the Psychology Department of the Faculty of Education at UNESA.

Abstract

Social media, especially Instagram, has become a very popular platform among early adult women. Instagram is often used to share photos and videos, which can affect a person's perception of his or her physical appearance or body image. This study aims to determine how much the relationship between Body Image and psychological Well-being in early adult female Instagram users. The approach used in this study is quantitative correlational. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling technique involving early adult women aged 18-25 years who are domiciled in the city of Surabaya with a total of 100 people. The instruments used in this study are body image scale and psychological well-being scale. The data analysis technique used in this study is a pearson product moment correlation with the help of SPSS 26.0 for windows. The results showed a correlation of r=0.825 with a degree of significance of 0,000<0.05 which means there is a significant relationship between body image and psychological well-being.

Abstract

The spread of K-Pop is taking place rapidly around the world including in Indonesia. This has become a trend for young people, which can lead to consumptive behavior to buy things related to the idols they like. This study aims to determine the description of consumptive behavior in early adult NCTzen in Tangerang. The research method used in this study is the descriptive quantitative method. The subjects in the study amounted to 272 people with the criteria of NCT fans or NCTzen, aged 18-25 years, domiciled in Tangerang. The data collection technique used a questionnaire containing a consumptive behavior scale. The findings showed that consumptive behavior in early adult NCTzen in Tangerang showed a moderate category.

Abstract

One of the challenges faced by teachers in inclusion schools is directing students according to students' interests and talents. This challenge has an impact on teachers' reluctance to put in more effort to help students with disabilities find appropriate talents and interests. This research is a descriptive quantitative research, which aims to change the attitude of inclusive school teachers using a typology approach to student work interests. The approach used is a typology of work interests developed from Holland's vocational-personality theory. This research was carried out on teachers in one of the private high school inclusive schools in Surabaya. The results showed a change in teachers' attitudes towards students with disabilities as shown by the desire to learn and apply new things that can help students with disabilities.

Abstract

motional difficulties among elementary school students often hinder learning processes and classroom interactions. Many students struggle to recognize, express, and regulate their emotions due to limited emotional vocabulary and inadequate coping mechanisms. This study aims to develop and implement a visual-based educational media called “Emotion Faces” to support emotional regulation in elementary school students. The research employed a descriptive qualitative method and was conducted at SDN Ketintang II/410 Surabaya during the implementation of the Kampus Mengajar Program. Data were collected through participatory observation, informal interviews, and documentation involving 30 students from grades IV and V, along with two classroom teachers. The results indicate that the use of “Emotion Faces” helped students better identify their emotions and express them through visual symbols such as facial drawings and color. Teachers also reported improved understanding of students’ emotional states and classroom climate. This study concludes that simple, low-cost, and creative media can be effective in fostering emotional literacy and regulation among young learners in the classroom setting.

Abstract

This study investigates the relationship between self-efficacy and coping stress among working students at University X. Using a quantitative research design, the data analysis was carried out through the Pearson Product Moment correlation. The study involved 95 active students who are balancing both work and studies at University X in Surabaya. The results of the analysis revealed a significance value of 0.000 (p < 0.05) and a correlation coefficient of 0.731 (r = 0.731). These findings indicate a strong positive correlation between self-efficacy and coping stress, meaning that as self-efficacy increases, students’ ability to manage stress improves. This suggests that students with higher confidence in their capabilities are more effective in using coping strategies to deal with the pressures of both work and academic responsibilities. The study emphasizes the importance of enhancing self-efficacy as a means of helping working students manage stress, highlighting the critical role of personal belief in overcoming challenges in both academic and work settings. The significant relationship found in this study contributes to understanding how self-efficacy can serve as a vital factor in developing better stress management strategies among working students.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara Fear of Missing Out (FoMO) dan perilaku konsumtif pada perempuan dewasa awal di Kota Surabaya. FoMO merupakan bentuk kecemasan saat individu merasa tertinggal dari pengalaman menyenangkan yang dialami orang lain, sedangkan perilaku konsumtif adalah tindakan membeli barang atau jasa secara tidak rasional demi memenuhi keinginan, bukan kebutuhan. Penelitian ini melibatkan 385 responden perempuan berusia 18–25 tahun yang berdomisili di Surabaya. Instrumen berupa skala psikologi untuk mengukur kedua variabel, dengan data dikumpulkan secara daring melalui Google Form. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan korelasi Pearson Product Moment dengan bantuan software JASP versi 19. Hasil menunjukkan koefisien korelasi sebesar r = 0,927 dengan signifikansi p < 0,001. Temuan ini mengindikasikan adanya hubungan positif yang sangat kuat dan signifikan antara FoMO dan perilaku konsumtif, yang berarti semakin tinggi tingkat FoMO, semakin tinggi pula kecenderungan individu untuk berperilaku konsumtif.

Abstract

Penelitian ini didasari oleh banyaknya studi mengenai pengasuhan anak berkebutuhan khusus yang cenderung melibatkan ibu sebagai fokus utama. Namun, kontribusi ayah dalam pengasuhan, khususnya untuk anak dengan kebutuhan khusus, masih belum mendapatkan perhatian yang memadai, sering kali ayah menghadapi sejumlah tantangan besar di berbagai aspek, baik emosional, keuangan, maupun sosial, yang dapat mengakibatkan kelelahan emosional. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini berusaha untuk mengetahui gambaran kelelahan emosional serta faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhinya pada ayah yang memiliki anak berkebutuhan khusus di Rumah Terapi X. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara dengan tiga partisipan menggunakan purposive sampling. Data yang terkumpul kemudian dianalisis melalui analisis tematik, ditambah dengan informasi dari orang-orang terdekat masing-masing partisipan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya indikasi kelelahan emosional pada ayah yang memiliki anak berkebutuhan khusus di Rumah Terapi X. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari seluruh partisipan yang menunjukkan aspek fisik, emosional, dan mental, serta faktor utama yang paling berpengaruh adalah beban kerja (workload). Terdapat enam tema utama dalam penelitian ini yaitu pengalaman mengasuh anak berkebutuhan khusus, tantangan mengasuh anak berkebutuhan khusus, kelelahan emosional, strategi coping, sumber dukungan, dan harapan orang tua untuk anak berkebutuhan khusus. Abstract This study is based on the abundance of research on parenting children with special needs, which tends to focus primarily on mothers. However, the contributions of fathers in parenting, especially for children with special needs, have not received adequate attention. Fathers often face significant challenges in various aspects-emotional, financial, and social-which can lead to emotional exhaustion. Therefore, this study aims to explore the nature of emotional exhaustion and the factors influencing it among fathers of children with special needs at Therapy Center X. The research employs a qualitative method with a case study approach. Data were collected through interviews with three participants. The collected data were then analyzed using thematic analysis, supplemented by information from individuals close to each participant. The results of the study indicate signs of emotional exhaustion among fathers of children with special needs at Therapy Center X. This is evident from all participants, who exhibited physical, emotional, and mental aspects of exhaustion, with workload identified as the most influential factor.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh gambaran mengenai keterikatan kerja pada guru SMK. Masalah yang diteliti dalam penelitian ini adalah "seberapa tinggi tingkat keterikatan kerja pada guru SMK Negeri "X" Surabaya". Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dengan metode sampling jenuh. Subjek penelitiannya adalah guru SMK Negeri "X" Surabaya sejumlah 86 guru. Instrumen pada penelitian ini berupa kuesioner keterikatan kerja yang terdiri dari 16 item. Hasil analisis data menunjukan bahwa mayoritas guru SMK Negeri "X" Surabaya memiliki tingkat keterikatan kerja yang tinggi dengan nilai presentase 86%. Hal ini dikarenakan guru memiliki semangat, dedikasi, dan komitmen dalam menyelesaikan pekerjaannya. Penelitian ini memberikan pemahaman mengenai sejauh mana faktor keterikatan kerja pada guru dapat meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan, khususnya pada pendidikan SMK.  Saran untuk penelitian ini adalah sekolah dapat lebih memperhatikan faktor yang mempengaruhi keterikatan kerja dan lebih mendengarkan kebutuhan para guru. Selain itu, peneliti selanjutnya dapat memperluas cakupan penelitian dengan menambah jumlah subjek agar penelitian dapat digeneralisasikan. Abstract This study aims to obtain an overview of work engagement among vocational school teachers. The research question addressed in this study is “How high is the level of work engagement among teachers at State Vocational School ‘X’ in Surabaya?” This study is a quantitative descriptive analysis using a saturated sampling method. The research subjects were 86 vocational school teachers at State Vocational School “X” in Surabaya. The research instrument was a job commitment questionnaire consisting of 16 items. The data analysis results showed that the majority of vocational school teachers at State Vocational School “X” in Surabaya had a high level of job commitment, with a percentage of 86%. This was because the teachers had enthusiasm, dedication, and commitment to completing their work. This study provides insights into the extent to which work engagement factors among teachers can enhance educational quality, particularly in vocational education. Recommendations for this study include schools paying more attention to factors influencing work engagement and better addressing teachers' needs. Additionally, future researchers may expand the scope of the study by increasing the number of subjects to enable generalization of the findings.
