Abstract

Abstrak: Perkembangan  IPTEK menuntut pembinaan sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas. Daya saing Indonesia dalam menghadapi persaingan antar negara maupun perdagangan bebas sangat ditentukan oleh outcome dari pembinaan sumber daya manusianya. Salah satu upaya negara dalam pemenuhan sumber daya manusia level menengah yang berkualitas adalah pembinaan pendidikan Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan. Penelitian ini bertujuan (1) untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengalaman praktik kerja industri terhadap Kesiapan Kerja Siswa, (2) untuk mengetahui pengaruh Motivasi terhadap Kesiapan Kerja Siswa, dan (3) untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengalaman praktik kerja industri dan motivasi kerja dan kesiapan kerja Siswa. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas XII Program Keahlian Teknik Komputer dan Jaringan SMK Telkom Kendari yang berjumlah 91 orang. Teknik Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) peningkatan pengalaman praktik kerja industri (prakerin) dan motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa SMK Telkom Kendari. (2) pengalaman praktik kerja industri (prakerin) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa kelas XII SMK Telkom Kendari. (3) motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesiapan kerja, menemukan bahwa semakin baik motivasi dalam lingkup SMK Telkom Kendari, maka kesiapan kerja juga akan semakin baik. Kata Kunci : Pengalaman Prakerin, Motivasi, Kesiapan Kerja

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of the work environment, motivation and job satisfaction on the performance of employees of PT. Dua Tiga Sejahtera. The object of this research is the work environment, motivation and job satisfaction on the performance of employees of PT. Dua Tiga Sejahtera. The population in this study are all employees at PT. Dua Tiga Sejahtera as many as 33 employees. While the sample in this study were all employees, namely 33 respondents. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression using SPSS 25 software. Based on the results of the research conducted, it can be concluded that (1) work environment, motivation and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on employee performance; (2) the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; (3) Motivation has a significant effect on employee performance; (4) job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana penerapan bauran pemasaran dalam meningkatkan volume penjualan produk Johnson’s pada PT. Reski Laifasto Cabang Kendari. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif keualitatif, dengan berusaha menggambarkan hasil penelitian apa adanya. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan obseravasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Data yang di peroleh kemudian diolah dalam bentuk kata-kata atau teks yang kemudian dituangkan dalam bentuk deskripsi atau narasi. Subyek dalam penelitian ini adalah Region Operasional Manager dan Supervisor PT. Reski Laifasto Cabang Kendari. Sedangkan obyek dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh kegiatan yang berkaitan dengan penerapan bauran pemasaran 4P pada PT. Reski Laifasto Cabang Kendari dalam meningkatakan volume penjualan produk Johnson’s. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa PT. Reski Laifasto Cabang Kendari telah menerapakan bauran pemasaran melalui 4P yaitu dari segi produk  dan harga PT. Reski Laifasto Cabang Kendari mempunyai produk Johnson’s  yang berkualitas dengan harga yang terjangkau sehingga mampu menarik minat  konsumen untuk melakukan pembelian berulang yang berimbas pada  peningkatan penjualan, kemudian dari segi promosi PT. Reski Laifasto Cabang Kendari menerapakan promosi personal selling, iklan, dan promosi penjualan, dari segi distribusi PT. Reski Laifasto Cabang Kendari sudah melakukan pendistribusian dengan meperluasakan cakupan wilayah dan didukung dengan sistem komputerisasi yang sudah modern, namun hal ini belum dilakukan secara maksimal dikarenakan masih kekurangan karyawan dibagian tim delivery..

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis: (1) Pemberdayaan dan knowledge management terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT.Hadji Kalla Toyota Kendari; (2) Pemberdayaan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Hadji Kalla Toyota Kendari; (3) Knowledge management terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Hadji KallaToyota Kendari. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Hadji Kalla Toyota Kendari jumlah populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 150 orang. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 60 responden dengan menggunakan metode slovin. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer. Data primer adalah data yang berasal langsung dari sumber data yang dikumpulkan secara khusus dan berhubungan langsung dengan masalah penelitian yang diteliti. Metode analisis data yang diguna kan adalah analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah Regresi Linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa (1) Pemberdayaan dan knowledge management secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai; (2) Pemberdayaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan; (3) Knowledge Management berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Paper writing aims to explain the empowering education unveiling the transformative potential of pedagogical competence for educator and learners. Pedagogics is a science that discusses education, namely the science of children's education. So pedagogic explains the ins and outs of children's education, pedagogic is a theory of children's education. Pedagogics as a science is needed by teachers. The task of the teacher is not only to teach to convey or transform knowledge to students at school, but the teacher has the task of developing the personality of his students in an integrated manner. The teacher develops the child's mental attitude, develops the child's conscience or the child's heart so that the child will be sensitive to humanitarian issues, human dignity, as well as the teacher only develops children's skills, life skills in society so that he is able to face all the problems of his life. Conclusion in writing papers: pedagogy competence is a set of knowledge, skills, and behaviors that must be possessed, lived and mastered by teachers or lecturers in carrying out professional duties. This type of research uses qualitative research by means of researchers conducting observations, interviews and documentation with key informants and supporting informants, namely, teachers and students at the Muhammadiyah Kendari Private High School, and the novelty of the results of this research will be useful for the development of science, especially related educational sciences. how teachers and lecturers must master pedagogical competence, social competence, personality competence and social competence.  Conclusion: pedagogical competence has a central role in shaping quality and relevant education. The transformative potential of pedagogical competence not only enriches students' learning experiences, but is also the key to the sustainability and success of the education system in the future. Therefore, continuous efforts in developing and strengthening pedagogical competence need to be implemented as a long-term investment to improve the quality of education.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the influence of Human Resource (HR) development on product innovation in Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Kendari City. The main focus is how improved HR competencies can contribute to innovative product development in the context of local MSMEs. This study used descriptive qualitative analysis involving 30 MSMEs in Kendari. Data was collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation studies. This approach allows researchers to gain a broader understanding of the internal dynamics of MSMEs and their influence on product innovation. The results showed that of the MSMEs that invested in HR development, 70% of respondents recognized that training and continuing education are essential investments for improving the quality of employees, which will influence skills development, and tend to result in more significant product innovation. The research also identified several challenges, including limited resources and access to relevant training. Investment in HR development is a key factor in driving product innovation in Kendari MSMEs. However, there needs to be further efforts to overcome existing barriers, including through government support and educational institutions. This study recommends further research with a mixed approach to deepen the understanding of the relationship between HR development and innovation in MSMEs.

Abstract

Transformational leadership is recognized as one of the most effective leadership styles in the context of higher education, especially in improving lecturer engagement and institutional performance. In Southeast Sulawesi, the challenges faced by private universities in implementing this leadership are a major concern, given the importance of the role of lecturers in achieving academic goals. This study identifies a knowledge gap related to the lack of understanding of transformational leadership that can hinder the development of higher education institutions. The methodology used in this study is a descriptive qualitative approach, with in-depth interviews with relevant informants in private universities. The findings of this study provide significant implications for the development of leadership theory and practice, as well as offering solutions for institutional leaders in implementing more effective leadership styles to improve the quality of education. This study is expected to be a reference for further studies on transformational leadership in the context of higher education, as well as providing new insights for the development of better management strategies.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the impact of discipline and motivation on employees' work ethic at the General Election Supervisory Board (Bawaslu) office in Southeast Sulawesi Province. The research objective is to enhance employees' work ethics at the Bawaslu office in the province of Southeast Sulawesi through discipline and motivation. The study population comprises all General Elections Supervisory Agency office workers in Southeast Sulawesi Province. The sample size was determined to be 65 employees using the probability sampling formula. The research methodology utilized quantitative descriptive and multiple linear regression analysis to analyze the data. The findings reveal that both work discipline and motivation have a significant and positive effect on the work ethic of office employees at the General Election Supervisory Agency (Bawaslu) in Southeast Sulawesi Province, both partially and simultaneously. Abstract

The service industry heavily relies on the quality of service provided by employees, with Emotional Quotient (EQ) playing a crucial role in enhancing individual performance and organizational effectiveness. While EI is widely recognized as a key factor in improving workplace interactions and customer satisfaction, many organizations still prioritize technical skills over emotional and interpersonal development. This study examines the role of EQ in the service industry, focusing on its impact on both individual and organizational performance. It explores EQ dimensions, challenges in its development, and strategies for enhancing human resource quality to foster a harmonious and productive work environment. A qualitative descriptive approach is employed, utilizing in-depth interviews with human resource managers, supervisors, customer service employees, academics, and industrial psychologists to analyze the relationship between EQ and employee performance. The findings reveal that EQ not only enhances employees' ability to manage stress and build interpersonal relationships but also plays a strategic role in improving leadership effectiveness and customer service quality. This study underscores the importance of integrating EQ into human resource management policies to cultivate a more adaptive, productive, and sustainable work environment in the service industry.

Abstract

Kesenjangan sosial ekonomi telah menciptakan perbedaan signifikan dalam pola konsumsi, terutama dalam pengambilan keputusan pembelian makanan. Konsumen dari kelompok berpendapatan rendah (SES rendah) sering dihadapkan pada dilema antara memilih makanan yang sehat, lezat, atau mengenyangkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji bagaimana konsumen SES rendah memaknai dan memprioritaskan atribut produk, khususnya rasa, kesehatan, dan kepuasan (kekenyangan), dalam proses konsumsi sehari-hari. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain fenomenologis, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara semi-terstruktur terhadap dua belas informan yang berdomisili di kawasan urban miskin. Analisis tematik dilakukan untuk mengidentifikasi pola makna yang muncul dari narasi partisipan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rasa menjadi atribut paling dominan karena memberikan kepuasan emosional dan sosial. Sementara itu, kesehatan dianggap penting namun bersifat sekunder, dan sering kali ditunda dalam pengambilan keputusan. Kepuasan atau kekenyangan diposisikan sebagai kebutuhan mendesak yang menjadi parameter utama dalam mengevaluasi manfaat makanan. Temuan ini mendukung teori heuristik “sehat = tidak enak” dan menunjukkan bahwa preferensi konsumsi di kalangan SES rendah sangat dipengaruhi oleh kondisi psikososial dan keterbatasan sumber daya. Implikasi teoretis dan praktis dari studi ini mendorong pengembangan strategi pemasaran sosial dan desain produk yang lebih inklusif, dengan menyesuaikan pesan, kemasan, dan citra produk agar selaras dengan preferensi nyata konsumen berpenghasilan rendah.
