Abstract

Abstract. Severe malnutrition still exists as a health problem in District of Bantul. A preliminary study at Puskesmas Banguntapan II shows that severe malnutrition rate is still high and the nutrition surveillance is not done optimally. Surveillance activities, like: data collection, data compilation, data analysis and interpretation, and data report are carried out manually. This study is geared to build an application based on short message service to strengthen the nutrition surveillance. This study was conducted on March-November 2013 at Puskesmas Banguntapan II. Subjects were midwives and village health promoters in this area. The application that was built consist of interface set in the user’s cellular phone and server. Data were saved in the puskesmas’s database for the report need. This application is expected to increase the speed, accuracy, completeness and sustainability of data on nutrition surveillance, especially for child severe malnutrition detection, so an adequate treatment can be carried out promptly.Keywords: mobile information system, nutrition surveillance, severe malnutrition.Abstrak. Gizi buruk saat ini masih menjadi masalah kesehatan di Kabupaten Bantul. Studi pendahuluan di Puskesmas Banguntapan II menunjukkan bahwa selain angka gizi buruk yang masih tinggi, surveilans gizi juga belum berjalan optimal. Sebagian kegiatan surveilans berupa: pengumpulan data, pengolahan dan penyajian data, analisis dan interpretasi data, serta pelaporan, masih dilakukan secara manual. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan suatu aplikasi berbasis short message service untuk membantu penguatan surveilans gizi di lapangan. Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan Maret-November 2013 di Puskesmas Banguntapan II. Subjek penelitian adalah bidan dan kader posyandu di wilayah ini. Aplikasi yang dibangun meliputi: bagian antar muka yang ditanam di handphone pengguna dan bagian server. Data  selanjutnya disimpan ke dalam database di puskesmas untuk bahan laporan lebih lanjut. Dengan implementasi aplikasi ini diharapkan surveilans gizi, khususnya deteksi kasus balita gizi buruk, berjalan lebih cepat, akurat, lengkap, dan berkesinambungan sehingga dapat dilakukan penanganan yang segera dan adekuat.Kata Kunci: sistem informasi bergerak, surveilans gizi, gizi buruk

Abstract

Vending Machines are strategic trading machines when it comes to social and physical distancing policies during the current Covid 19 pandemic. The ability to trade independently in trading without a physical meeting is one of its advantages. On the other hand, the Vending Machine payment system has developed with many variations ranging from payment models using coins, banknotes, payment gateway systems capable of serving debit and credit payments and the ability to make payments via fintech. This study focuses on the banknote detection module using the Oriented FAST and Rotated BRIEF (ORB) algorithm. In order to become a prototype that is ready to be developed in the future, the banknote detection module needs to be made in a concise and independent form. The use of the Rapsberry Pi and the ability to work on complex algorithms is one of the goals that will be achieved from this research. This research is expected to be able to apply the ORB algorithm for the classification of Rupiah banknotes and at the same time be able to further develop it to sort (sort) for banknotes that meet the requirements (accept) and reject those that do not meet the requirements (reject).

Abstract

Sortir barang menjadi salah satu mesin pada industri yang efisien jika dikaitkan dengan kinerja sistem. Proses sorting barang dapat dilihat dari bentuk barangnya yang terdeteksi dari bentuk barang tersebut sehingga dibutuhkan teknik untuk meninjau area objek yang dideteksi dengan titik acuan yang tepat. Pada saat ini sortir barang di dunia industri telah dilakukan secara mandiri tanpa adanya pertemuan fisik dengan pegawai. Pada penelitian terdahulu mengenai proses identifikasi barang belanjaan telah dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Oriented Fast and Rotated Brief dengan menghasilkan suatu sistem yang dapat mengenali jenis barang belanjaan. Adapun pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode Oriented Fast and Rotated Brief dan K-Nearest Neighbor untuk mengenali bentuk barang dan mengklasifikasikan bentuk barang sesuai label kelasnya yang diterapkan pada sistem konveyor yang dibantu oleh piranti Raspberry Pi. Penelitian ini dapat mengklasifikasikan bentuk barang meskipun bentuk barang dirotasikan. Hasil dari analisis pada penelitian ini sistem sudah dapat mengenali dan mengklasifikasikan bentuk barang “Kubus”,”Segitiga”,dan “Tabung” dengan menghasilkan tingkat akurasi keberhasilan sebesar 89%.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the management of digital transformation in the context of Indonesian universities. The explanatory research was employed, utilizing a survey questionnaire administered to a randomly selected sample of 302 individuals comprising members of the ICT alignment team, change team, staff, and lecturers within the PTS environment in the LLDIKTI IV area, Banten & West Java provinces. The data analysis in this study employed covariance-based structural equation modeling (SEM) procedures. Findings from this research indicate that achieving a radical transformation from traditional campus settings to digitalization, while adopting an incremental approach towards a smart university necessitates effective leadership and cultural support. A leadership coalition capable of institutionalizing new values, which subsequently become norms and guide the organizational culture, empowers members and fosters motivation for change oversight and participation. Ultimately, successful change management towards a smart university relies on leadership and culture, collectively institutionalized as a shared mental program, thereby shaping the meaningful trajectory towards a smart university.

Abstract

Digital transformation has been proven to bring many benefits to company growth. In today's digital era, many companies want to generate business innovation and make it happen through applications. To achieve this, companies need solutions that can make teams agile and focused on teamwork, and create to deliver value to customers. based on these needs makes services oriented architecture a fast go-to solution for a company, this is in line with previous research which shows that the use of services oriented architecture is better than monolithic architecture because the system built is broken down into smaller parts and interconnected through Restful API, but the use of microservices architecture brings another challenge, namely on security issues. Because of these problems, this research requires an information security strategy where a layer of security defense is placed on the system. Authorization and Authentication are strategies that are suitable for implementation on microservices. Authorization in this study uses JSON Web Token and OAuth 2.0 on the authentication side. Based on Penetration Testing that has been carried out, microservices that use JSON Web Token and OAuth 2.0 security show 5 security holes that are tracked to be medium and low.

Abstract

A decision support system is a system using a model that is built to help solve semi-structured problems. The Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method is a method for solving a complex, unstructured situation into several components in a hierarchical arrangement, by giving a subjective value about the relative importance of each variable, and determining which variable has the highest priority in order to influence the outcome. this situation. The results of accuracy testing can be concluded that testing data on civil servant teachers which was carried out by comparing the data of civil servant teachers selected by the principal and using the system obtained an accuracy of 83.3%. In previous research, the Teacher Performance Assessment Team (PKG) was carried out by assuming the importance of each criterion without being given a weight, while the results obtained from system calculations, there was a weight given to each criterion. Testing was carried out on 47 civil servant teacher data with six planned civil servant teachers by the Principal in order to obtain the title of best teacher. Based on the test results, there were two civil servant teachers who were different from the data planned by the Principal, so the level of accuracy of the decision support system for selecting the best teacher using the AHP method was 83.3%.

Abstract

The annual evaluation carried out by LLDIKTI looked at the performance of lecturers in their regions, and it was revealed that some lecturers, especially lecturers at Jenderal Ahmad Yani University (UNJANI), still had difficulty fulfilling the tridharma duties of teaching, research and community service, which are important aspects of higher education. To consistently fulfill these obligations, lecturers are required to innovate. A study aimed at exploring how knowledge exchange and enrichment impact the innovative performance of UNJANI lecturers, collecting data through an online survey distributed to them. This research aims to understand the influence of knowledge sharing and enrichment on lecturer innovation, and its success is assessed through questionnaire analysis. These findings underscore the important positive correlation between knowledge sharing, enrichment, and increased innovative performance among UNJANI lecturers, indicating that encouraging these practices can increase the fulfillment of tri dharma obligations.

Abstract

Di era globalisasi dan digitalisasi yang terus berkembang, pemasaran digital menjadi kunci bagi keberhasilan Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) untuk bersaing di pasar yang semakin kompetitif. Namun, banyak UMKM di Indonesia masih menghadapi tantangan dalam memanfaatkan teknologi ini secara efektif. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, kegiatan peningkatan kapasitas pengetahuan UMKM dalam pemasaran digital di Kota Cirebon dilaksanakan selama satu hari, tepatnya pada tanggal 21 Juni 2024, di Rumah BUMN. Kegiatan ini diikuti oleh 30 pelaku UMKM yang berfokus pada pengenalan dan penerapan strategi pemasaran digital melalui metode Participatory Action Research (PAR). Melalui pelatihan yang mencakup ceramah, diskusi interaktif, dan praktik langsung, peserta mendapatkan pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang penggunaan platform digital, pembuatan konten promosi, dan manajemen media sosial. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman peserta: sebelum pelatihan, 76% peserta belum pernah menggunakan iklan berbayar, dan setelah pelatihan, pemahaman tentang social media marketing meningkat dari 16,4% menjadi 61,5%. Kegiatan ini tidak hanya menciptakan kesadaran akan pentingnya kehadiran digital tetapi juga membekali UMKM dengan keterampilan praktis yang dapat diimplementasikan untuk meningkatkan daya saing mereka di pasar yang lebih luas. Dengan demikian, kegiatan ini berkontribusi pada pemberdayaan ekonomi lokal melalui transformasi digital di kalangan UMKM.

Abstract

The scarcity of LPG gas that often occurs in urban areas has become a serious challenge for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). This condition causes an increase in operational costs and creates uncertainty in energy supply, thus directly impacting business continuity. This community service aims to}overcome these problems by introducing artificial natural gas technology as a sustainable alternative solution. The main problem raised is the high dependence of MSMEs on LPG gas, while its availability is increasingly limited amid increasing demand. The methods used in this community service activity include observation of the energy needs of MSME actors, application of biogas technology to produce artificial natural gas, and technical training on how to operate and maintain the system. Activities are carried out through a participatory approach to ensure understanding and active involvement of the target community. The results of the community service show that the use of artificial natural gas can significantly reduce dependence on LPG, reduce energy costs, and increase the sustainability and operational efficiency of MSMEs. The conclusion of this service is that the application of artificial natural gas technology not only helps overcome the scarcity of LPG, but also makes a real contribution to achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), especially goals 7 (Affordable and Clean Energy), 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth), and 13 (Addressing Climate Change).
