Abstract

Tourist areas that have enough objects and attractions will have the potential to be developed. With the exploitation of tourism potential and opportunities into an industry, is expected to increase the income of the community and the region. The research sample this analysis is coast at Kalianda of South Lampung. The problems studied in this paper is how the implementation of promotional strategies that need to be done in improving tourism management. This study aims to determine the implementation of  tourism promotion strategies and supporting factors. Research with (field research) is qualitative, data collection using observation methods, interviews, and documentation. While the analysis using qualitative analysis (non statistics) which is descriptive qualitative, by using inductive thinking. Based on the results of research in coast at Kalianda of South Lampung, accordance with tourism promotion strategy in the perspective of Islamic economics that is honesty, sincerity and trust, and seen from the ethics of promotion in Islam also not sell out oath, not to promise, honest, Avoid fraud, and be willing to profit a little but a blessing.

Abstract

From 2019 to 2020, Payu Legi's sales turnover is expected to drop. The purpose of this research is to determine how Payu Legi's online store sales are affected by human resource development. Only Payu Legi in Sukabumi, Bandar Lampung, is examined in this study. Payu Legi, the proprietors of small businesses, were the subjects of this survey. Five persons participated in this study: one owner and four staff. Descriptive data analysis is used in this form of qualitative study. All data gathered from the field, including observations, interviews, and data included in specific documents, are included in data gathering. To view the whole picture or just one component of the study, data is presented in an effort to do so. Payu Legi's online shop's sales have suffered as a consequence of its Human Resource Development efforts, according to a study on "Analysis of Human Resource Development to Increase Sales of Payu Legi's Online Shop." This is because in finding employees employers do not pay attention to the skills and education of these employees so that employers must teach their employees from zero to understand. For business actors, it is expected to focus on developing human resources for the employees they already have because good human resources will have a positive impact on production, promotion, quality, service, and so on in chip shops which will directly increase sales turnover.

Abstract

The growth and changes facing the hotel industry globally have in several ways affected the competence of its personnel. There is growing concern about graduate competency and what industry requires. Previous studies reveal that hospitality management programs do not adequately prepare hospitality students with the competencies necessary to fit today's workplace. Therefore, educational institutions must play their role in developing and instilling important competencies in their graduates so as to prepare them for the competitive world of work. This paper aims to investigate the competencies required by hospitality graduates from an industry perspective. This paper is based on previous studies regarding hospitality management competencies by considering competencies from the management competency model and generic skills framework. The Delphi technique was used to investigate graduate competencies from the perspective of the hospitality industry.

Abstract

The goal of this study was to ascertain whether the deployment of risk-based internal audits at the National Social Security Agency for Employment or BPJS Ketenagakerjaan has an impact on audit quality during the Covid-19 pandemic. The subject of this study was a sample of 73 respondents who worked as auditors for the National Social Security Agency for Employment or BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Internal Supervisory Unit. Based on the findings of this research, the use of risk-based internal audit with indicators identifying universal audit, type of audit, risk audit, data nature audit, and these three intensity positions during the Covid-19 pandemic. During the pandemic, there was a positive and significant impact on the quality of audits at the BPJS Employment Internal Monitoring Unit, the National Social Security Agency for Employment. Changes to audit rules, as well as artificial intelligence training, network security and development of data functions, can all be done to improve the quality of auditor human resources and combat the impact of Covid 19 on audit quality.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of Value added Capital employed (VACA), Value added Human capital (VAHU) and Structural capital Value added (STVA) together on the Financial Performance of Manufacturing Companies in the Food and Beverage Sub Sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2019-2022. The data source in this research is secondary data, namely the annual financial reports (Annual Report) of food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange which report their finances for 2019-2022. This analysis uses calculations through statistical methods. Based on its type, this research uses a quantitative method approach with panel data analysis tools. Based on the population and sample, this research focuses on manufacturing companies in the food and beverage sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2017 to 2020, namely 12 companies. Value added capital employed (VACA), value added human capital (VAHU) and structural capital value added (STVA) together influence the return on assets of manufacturing companies in the food and beverage sub-sector listed on the IDX for the 2019-2022 period.

Abstract

This study will identify and analyze the elements that influence consumer satisfaction at Ayam Geprek Kitha Sukardi Hamdani. This study uses an unknown number of consumers of Crushed Chicken Kitha Sukardi Hamdani, so the sampling approach used is the theory of hair, and the research sample is 100 consumers. Researchers collect data from primary sources, especially questionnaire given to respondents, then tested using SPSS version 25 with multiple linear regression tests, determinants tests, partial tests, simultaneous tests. assessing research conclusion using multiple linear analysis. Based on the results of the study, it is clear that all elements, including product quality, price, location, and service quality, can affect consumer satisfaction at Ayam Geprek This is the story of Kitha Sukardi Hamdani.

Abstract

Burger King is a fast food product that generally comes from outside the country, so the taste is different from the taste of local food. Therefore, the Burger King industry is familiarizing flavors with Indonesia, such as making beef burgers with rendang flavor and serving the menu with rice. Raja Bandar Lampung. This research uses a qualitative study procedure. The information analysis uses SWOT analysis. Based on the results of studies and reviews, it can be concluded that the results of the study put the marketing strategy in quadrant I which is called the development and development strategy. The average cell for the IFE matrix and the average cell for the EFE matrix. This position allows the owner to carry out intensive strategies and integrative strategies. Intensive strategies include: market penetration by expanding the market share by marketing/promoting Burger King products, market development by expanding the market share geographically to new areas and product development by customizing Burger King products, this is usually attempted when the product is in position. he is sick and tired. In quadrant I, there are integrative strategies, namely forward integration, backward integration and horizontal integration.

Abstract

PT KSI POM 1, located in Seruyan Regency, Central Kalimantan, is a subsidiary of the Wilmar Group and plays a significant role in the palm oil industry. This study aims to examine the influence of the work environment and work facilities on employee performance. A quantitative approach was employed using an explanatory survey method. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 93 employees and analyzed using SPSS version 27. The results indicate that both the work environment and work facilities have a significant effect on employee performance. The work environment has a positive influence, with a t-value of 3.330 and a significance level of less than 0.05. Meanwhile, work facilities show a stronger impact with a regression coefficient of 1.397. Simultaneously, these two variables explain 80.7% of the variation in employee performance, as indicated by the Adjusted R² value of 0.807. These findings suggest that enhancing workplace comfort and ensuring the availability of adequate facilities can improve employee productivity. Therefore, it is recommended that companies provide proper lighting, maintain optimal temperature conditions, and regularly maintain workplace infrastructure to support employee well-being and efficiency.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of financial performance on firm value with Intellectual Capital as a moderating variable. Financial performance is proxied by Return on Assets (ROA) and Return on Equity (ROE) as independent variables, while Intellectual Capital serves as the moderating variable, and firm value is the dependent variable for the period 2018–2022. The research adopts a quantitative approach using secondary panel data obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) website, company websites, Yahoo Finance, and the Indonesian Central Statistics Agency. Data collection was conducted through literature study. The population consists of financial reports of trading companies, firm value, Intellectual Capital, Return on Assets (ROA), and Return on Equity (ROE). The research object is the financial data of trading companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2018–2022. The sampling technique applied is purposive sampling. Data were analyzed using multiple regression and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) with SPSS version 20. The findings reveal that Return on Assets (ROA) has a direct and significant effect on firm value. In contrast, Return on Equity (ROE) shows no direct effect on firm value. Furthermore, Intellectual Capital strengthens the relationship between Return on Assets (ROA) and firm value, but weakens the relationship between Return on Equity (ROE) and firm value in trading companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2018–2022.

Abstract

The professionalism of civil servants (ASN) plays a vital role in supporting government policies and national development. Enhancing the Professionalism Index of civil servants requires strengthening key factors such as competence and performance. This study aims to examine the influence of competence and performance on the Professionalism Index of civil servants at the Regional Development, Research, and Innovation Agency of Bandar Lampung City. A quantitative approach with descriptive-associative methods was applied, involving 49 civil servants as respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires measuring competence, performance, and the Professionalism Index. The analysis employed multiple linear regression. The findings reveal that competence (coefficient 0.664) and performance (coefficient 0.302) positively affect the Professionalism Index individually. Simultaneously, both factors explain 69.3% of the variation in the Professionalism Index. These results highlight that improving competence and performance significantly contributes to strengthening civil servants’ professionalism.
