Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh atribut produk, promosi dan service excellence terhadap keputusan menabung pada produk tabungan BTN SIAP PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero),Tbk Cabang Cikarang. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel non probability sampling dengan metode purposive sampling. Sampel yang diambil untuk dianalisa adalah 110 orang responden. Metode pengumpulan data pada penenlitian ini dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner yang kemudian diolah dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dan analisis koefisien determinasi (R2 ). Uji yang digunakan untuk menguji indikator penelitian adalah dengan uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas. Uji yang digunakan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh antar variabel adalah menggunakan uji asumsi klasik yang digunakan yaitu uji Normalitas, uji Heterokedastisitas, uji Multikoliniaritas dan uji autokorelasi. Uji hipotesis menggunakan uji parsial (t). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : (1) atribut produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai thitung > ttabel (3,463 > 1,98260) dan nilai sig. 0,001. (2) promosi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan menabung, hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai thitung > ttabel (3,581 > 1,98260) dengan nilai sig. 0,001. (3) service excellence berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan menabung, hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai thitung > ttabel (5,525 > 1,98260) dengan nilai sig. 0,000. Dan nilai R2 0,794 artinya variabel atribut produk, promosi dan service excellence memiliki pengaruh sebesar 79,4% terhadap keputusan menabung.

Abstract

The purpose of this research background to the problem in this study is based on the problems that have occurred including an increase in complaints from customers due to defective products from 2015 to 2019 and a decrease in the customer satisfaction index from 2018 to 2019. The purpose of this study is (1) to determine how much the level of quality culture absorption of employees in the company Jababeka Dua area. (2) To find out how big the level of application of the principles of ISO 9001 quality management systems in the Jababeka Dua area company. (3) Knowing the effect of the absorption of quality culture on the implementation of the ISO 9001 quality management system in the Jababeka Dua area company. The data of research were obtained from a sample of 125 respondents randomly selected employees and proportionate in each work unit. The Method of analisys used in testing the relationship between latent constructs the quality culture to the succesful implementation of quality management system ISO 9001 is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using AMOS V.24. This research found that the quality culture on employees and the implementation of quality management system ISO 9001 has been well perceived by employees. Based on full model analysis, the result of this research shows that full model fill goodness of fit. Overall construct indicators, that is philosophy, beliefs, habits, behavior, values, traditions, procedures, and expectations are valid and reliable in measuring the construct of quality culture, and top management commitment, supplier partnerships, continuous improvement, employees involvement, customer focus, and product quality are valid and reliable in measuring the construct of the implementation of quality management system iso 9001. hypothesis testing showed result consistent with the theoretical study that the quality culture positive and significant impact on the implementation of the quality management system ISO 9001.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the addition of toluene on the quality of biodiesel from nyamplung seeds, including: viscosity, density, flash point. The method used is esterification using H2SO4 and then transesterification using NaOH. Biodiesel is then added to toluene. The ratio of the addition of toluene to the volume of biodiesel is 2%, 3%, 4% and 5% (%v/v). The final step is to analyze biodiesel which includes analysis of density, viscosity, and flash point. From this research, which gave the best results by adding 3% toluene, the density, viscosity and flash point values ​​met the standards of the Indonesian Biodiesel Forum. Namely a density value of 0,8415gr/ml, a viscosity of 4,7cSt, and a flash point of 62 °C.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Word Of Mouth, daya tarik produk dan potongan harga terhadap keputusan pembelian donat Cal Donat di store Rs. Annisa Cikarang Utara. Metode penelitian yang digunakan untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara variabel independent terhadap variabel dependent, penulis menggunakan metode analisis statistic (deskripsi data penelitian, instrument variabel, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier ganda, dan uji hipotesis). Hasil penelitian analisis, indikator-indikator pada penelitian ini bersifat valid. Variabel-variabel indpenden pada penelitian ini sudah cukup baik dalam menjelaskan variabel dependennya (keputusan pembelian). Variabel Word Of Mouth berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai t hitung > t tabel (4.169 > 1.985) atau sig t < 0.05 (0.000<0.05), maka Ho ditolak Ha diterima. Variabel Daya Tarik Produk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai t hitung > t tabel (4.152>1.985) atau sig t < 0.05 (0.000<0.05), maka Ho ditolak Ha diterima. Variabel Potongan Harga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai t hitung > t tabel (3.046>1.985) atau sig t < 0.05 (0.003<0.05), maka Ho ditolak Ha diterima.

Abstract

In the company's operating system, the potential of human resources is essentially one of the capital and plays a very important role in achieving company goals. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of recruitment, educational qualifications and job placement on the work productivity of employees of PT Yangtze Optic Fiber Indonesia in the production department. The sample in this study amounted to 60 people. The method used in this research is a quantitative method. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. With the help of the SPSS 25 application and analysis techniques using validity tests, reliability tests, classic assumption tests, and hypothesis testing consisting of t tests and f tests, as well as tests of the coefficient of determination. The results of this study indicate that partially educational qualifications and job placement have a positive and significant effect on work productivity. While partially recruitment has no positive and significant effect on the work productivity. work productivity of employees of PT Yangtze Optic Fiber Indonesia. Simultaneously, recruitment, educational qualifications and job placement have a positive and significant effect on the work productivity of production employees of PT Yangtze Optic Fiber Indonesia. The coefficient of determination test results show that the work productivity of PT Yangtze Optic Fiber Indonesia employees is influenced by the variables, Recruitment, Educational Qualifications and Job Placement by 64.7%. And the remaining 35.3% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

This study looks at how McDonald's can use Total Quality Management (TQM) as a strategy to improve operational performance and customer satisfaction. TQM is used to ensure product and service quality at every stage of operations, including regular quality audits and employee training. This study used quantitative methods. 101 respondents received questionnaires to assess their perceptions of various aspects of the service. Results show that total quality management (TQM) improves customer satisfaction and operational efficiency, but some aspects need improvement, such as off-peak order handling and order accuracy. McDonald's has demonstrated the ability to maintain high global quality standards and increase its competitiveness in the fastfood restaurant industry by implementing a total quality management (TQM) system).

Abstract

Workshop Kewirausahaan di Kabupaten Bekasi berhasil meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan 60 pelaku usaha kecil yang terdaftar di Dinas Koperasi dan UMKM dalam berbagai aspek bisnis. Lima sesi pelatihan utama mencakup konsep kewirausahaan, perencanaan bisnis, manajemen keuangan, pemasaran digital, penggunaan teknologi, dan sesi coaching personal. Sebanyak 85% peserta merasa lebih siap merencanakan bisnis, 78% menunjukkan kemajuan dalam pengelolaan keuangan, 80% tertarik mengadopsi pemasaran digital, dan 75% siap memanfaatkan teknologi dalam operasional mereka. Sesi coaching membantu 90% peserta mengatasi tantangan spesifik usaha. Dengan tingkat kepuasan 88%, workshop ini terbukti memberikan dampak positif signifikan dan menawarkan program mentoring lanjutan untuk mendukung penerapan pengetahuan yang diperoleh.

Abstract

To improve hospital service efficiency, this article analyzes and develops queue system modeling. The study uses the M/M/1 model to evaluate utilization ratios, waiting times, and discrete event simulation to predict the impact of service capacity changes. Data were collected through direct observation at the pharmacy, specialist clinics, and emergency department (ED), as well as patient satisfaction surveys conducted before and after the intervention. Results show that adjusting service capacity can reduce waiting times in the ED by up to 50% and increase patient satisfaction across all units by 30%. The conclusion is that queue system modeling based on empirical data can enhance operational efficiency and the quality of services provided by the hospital.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh biaya produksi dan harga pokok penjualan terhadap laba yang diperoleh perusahaan manufaktur makanan. Unsur-unsur yang termasuk dalam biaya produksi adalah biaya produksi yang terdiri dari biaya bahan baku, biaya tenaga kerja, biaya overhead pabrik, dan persediaan barang dalam proses. Persediaan barang dalam proses awal dan persediaan barang dalam proses akhir. Sedangkan unsur harga pokok penjualan meliputi total biaya produksi dan persediaan barang jadi (persediaan barang jadi awal dan persediaan barang jadi akhir). Faktor-faktor tersebut mempengaruhi harga jual produk. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan Mixed Methods Research is an apporoach to inquiri that combines or associated both qualitative quantitativefrom of research. dengan menggabungkan atau menghubungkan metode penelitian kualitatif dan kuantitatif yang diperoleh dengan cara mengamati objek secara langsung untuk memperoleh data yang relevan, serta hasil wawancara dengan perusahaan. Data sekunder dikumpulkan melalui dokumen perusahaan mengenai data terkait biaya produksi dan biaya penjualan yang mempengaruhi keuntungan penjualan makanan. Harga pokok produksi (HPP) adalah elemen krusial dalam pengelolaan biaya perusahaan manufaktur, khususnya dalam industri makanan. HPP tidak hanya menjadi dasar untuk menentukan harga jual tetapi juga sebagai alat untuk menilai efisiensi operasional perusahaan. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan proses perhitungan HPP, komponen utama yang terlibat, dan implementasinya dalam perusahaan manufaktur makanan. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif berbasis teori akuntansi biaya, artikel ini memberikan gambaran lengkap mengenai pentingnya pengelolaan HPP dalam meningkatkan daya saing perusahaan.
