Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of leadership and work discipline on employee performance at the Lebaksangka Village Office, Lebakgedong District, Lebak Regency, Banten Province. The method used is quantitative. The population used in this research was 53 employees with a sampling technique using saturated sampling, namely 53 respondents. Data analysis uses validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, correlation coefficients, coefficients of determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this research are that leadership influences employee performance with a coefficient of determination value of 37.1% and the hypothesis test obtained t count > t table or (5.481 > 2.006). Work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance with a coefficient of determination value of 61.2% and hypothesis testing obtained t count > t table or (8.966 > 2.009). Leadership and work discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 7.042 + 0.178X1 + 0.667X2. The coefficient of determination value is 22.9%. Hypothesis testing obtained a calculated F value > F table or (41.972 > 3.18). Thus, it can be explained that there is a significant simultaneous influence between Leadership and Work Discipline on the Performance of Lebaksangka Village Office Employees, Lebakgedong District, Lebak Regency, Banten Province.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of competence and work environment on employee performance at Bina Insan Madani Foundation partially and simultaneously. The method used is quantitative method. Respondents in this study amounted to 58 people. Data analysis using validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, regression test, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of this study are Competence has a significant effect on employee performance with a detemination value of 31% and in the hypothesis test obtained tcount 5.017> ttabel 1.672 with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. The work environment has a significant effect on employee performance with a determination coefficient value of 28.3% with the hypothesis test obtained tcount 4,703 > ttabel 1.672 with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. Competence and Work Environment simultaneously have a significant effect on Employee Performance with the regression equation Y = 10292 + 0.379 X1 + 0,385 X2. The correlation value is 0.670, which means that the independent variable and the dependent variable have a strong level of relationship. with the dependent variable has a strong level of relationship. The coefficient of determination is 44.9%. Hypothesis testing obtained Fcount 22.432 > Ftabel 3.16, this is reinforced by the ρvalue of 0.000 <0.05. Thus, then H0 is rejected and H3 is accepted. This means that there is simultaneous significant influence between competence, work environment and employee performance at Bina Insan Madani Foundation Depok City.

Abstract

Financial literacy is an important activity in accounting. Introducing financial literacy to children can be done by introducing children to the values ​​of money and the culture of saving. The importance of saving for school students is not only to get their own money, but to be accustomed to strong self-management so that they can become wise people who manage their finances, do not live excessively or wastefully, can think anticipatory to unexpected situations and are able to manage finances in the future. will come. The goal of saving is to get used to living frugally. Living frugally means not being wasteful. Expenditures are adjusted to needs and meet large needs in the future. The aim of the service is to train students to record simple financial reports in managing money. The service team uses a training method through stage four. Lectures, tutorials, discussions and evaluations. This service was carried out at SDIT AL Islami Tajur Halang Bogor on October 10 2024, which was attended by 25 students. The result of this training is that students participate in the training enthusiastically. Delivery of light material, according to needs, and easy to understand, direct training assistance, exciting discussions, sufficient training duration, and evaluation as a benchmark for success. This is an effort to manage student finances and minimize waste.

Abstract

Community Service entitled Building a Culture of Savings and Financial Management for Students at the Rh La Tahzan Foundation in Cinangka, Depok - West Java aims to introduce and provide knowledge and understanding to students of the RH La Tahzan Foundation, Cinangka, Depok - West Java regarding the importance of having skills and financial management skills from an early age to participate in reducing poverty in Indonesia. The target of this service is students of the RH La Tahzan Foundation, Cinangka, Depok - West Java. The results of this PKM prove that students who are mostly in poverty can master financial management methods which will later provide a sense of self-confidence in selling themselves at work because they have value, are looking for work and are useful for others and ultimately can help play a role in reducing poverty in Indonesia.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Workload on Employee Performance, to determine the effect of Non-Physical Work Environment on Employee Performance and to determine the Workload and Non-Physical Work Environment on Employee Performance at the Faculty of Law, Social and Political Sciences, Terbuka University Pondok Cabe, South Tangerang. The research methodology uses quantitative methods. The sample used in this study is a saturated sample with 60 respondents. The analysis method used is a simple linear regression test, multiple linear regression test, coefficient of determination, partial test (t test) and simultaneous test (F test). The results of the study indicate that: 1) Workload has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at the Faculty of Law, Social and Political Sciences, Terbuka University Pondok Cabe, South Tangerang, as evidenced by the calculated t value of 10.878 > t table 2.002 with a significance of 0.000 < 0.05. 2) The non-physical work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Faculty of Law, Social, and Political Sciences, Terbuka University Pondok Cabe, South Tangerang, as evidenced by the calculated t-value of 6.722 > t-table 2.002, with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. 3) Workload and the non-physical work environment have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Faculty of Law, Social, and Political Sciences, Terbuka University Pondok Cabe, South Tangerang, as evidenced by the calculated f-value of 59.586 > F-table 3.16, with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05.

Abstract

Companies can introduce products so that efforts to fill the certainty of protection in the form of insurance for the community are met who have different needs from each other and become important besides the factor of seeking profit. This study is expected to be able to analyze how much Product, Service Quality, and Price Against Purchasing have Implications for Customer Satisfaction of PT BNI Life Insurance. This methodology is of the associative quantitative type. The sample uses 101 respondents. The analysis method uses linear regression analysis, the software used is SPSS 26. Research findings found that each variable, namely Product Digital, Service Quality, Price, Purchasing Decision and Customer Satisfaction, had a significant effect both partially and simultaneously. The multiple linear regression value Z = 1.502 + 0.354 X1 + 0.098 X2 + 0.378 X3 + 0.061 Y with an Fcount value of 51.860> Ftable 2.47 with a significance of 0.000 <0.05, from the regression equation obtained, it can be seen that price is an important factor with the highest value influencing BNI life insurance customer satisfaction, and the service quality factor must be improved because it also has an effect but the value is still small. .
