Career success is an individual's ability to achieve self and work success. There are various instruments to determine individual career success. However, there has not been a career success instrument specifically developed for adolescents. This study aims to develop and validate The Adolescent Career Success Instrument (ACSI) using the Rasch model analysis. Participants in this study consisted of 3 guidance and counseling experts for the constructed test, 4 students for the readability test, and 106 students (33 male students and 73 female students) from high school for the empirical test. ACSI reliability test results show that the item reliability is 0.90 in a good category, while the personal reliability is 0.85 in a good category. Cronbach's alpha value is 0.91 in the very good category. The results of the ACSI analysis using the Rasch model showed that 49 reliable items could be used to measure adolescent career success.

This study examines the career guidance program's effectiveness in developing the employability skills of Ariyanti Academy of Secretary and Management students. This study uses a positivism paradigm with reductionistic characteristics, oriented to causal relationships, logical, empirical, and deterministic based on a priori theory. The approach given in this study is a quantitative approach using quasi-experimental methods. This study compared the pretest scores and posttest scores of the experimental group and the control group. The main findings reveal that the Savickas theory-based career guidance program effectively develops the work skills of Ariyanti Academy of Secretary and Management students from cognitive, affective, and psychomotor aspects. This study provides suggestions for guidance and counseling practitioners to equip themselves with an understanding of student work skills.

Employability Skills for College Students in University are an asset that can bring students closer to being ready to enter the world of work. Employability Skill can be interpreted as a series of characteristics including knowledge, attitudes, and skills that make a person capable of being trained. To get a general trend or a long work profile students need an instrument to reveal these variables. This study aims to develop employability skill instruments that are psychometrically tested both in terms of validity testing and instrument reliability testing using the RASCH model analysis method. The research instrument has been tested on 728 people. The results showed that from testing the instrument's validity using the RASCH model analysis on Outfit MNSQ, Outfit ZSTD, and Pt Measure Corr, of the 54 items developed, a total of 48 items met psychometric standards. The instrument's reliability on Cronbach's alpha value is in very good criteria, even in terms of reliability a person is in the very good category, and item reliability is in the special category. Therefore, the student employability skills instrument meets psychometric requirements and can be used as an instrument to measure student employability skills.

This study aims to determine the validity and reliability of the self-resilience instrument for orphans in secondary school students in South Tambun District. This instrument was adapted from the resilience theory by Clarke & Nicholson (2010). The self-resilience instrument for orphans consists of 56 items covering resilience aspects, including optimism, freedom from stress and anxiety, individual accountability, openness and flexibility, and problem orientation. The study subjects were orphans, totaling 62 people across five secondary schools in the South Tambun sub-district. The Rasch model test results can be seen from the dimensionality analysis, item measure, item fit order, rating scale diagnostic, and summary. This adaptation instrument is said to be reliable by analyzing the person reliability value of 0.72 and item reliability of 0.95. The results of the data analysis show that several items need improvement and a decrease in the level of difficulty. This research helps enrich references and provide information about self-resilience in orphans.

Career choice is an individual's ability to determine one of several choices related to a future career. The evaluation of career choice instruments helps students in determining their career choices based on their personality and potential. However, the limitations of career choice instruments encourage researchers to develop career choice instruments that measure students' abilities to determine the direction of their career choices. This study aims to develop and validate a career choice instrument using the RASCH model. The participants in this study were 213 students (100 males and 113 females) at the senior high school level aged 14-16 years (mean=0.80 and SD=0.83). The results showed that Cronbach's Alpha was in the very good category (0.83). The reliability value of people is in a good category (0.83) and the reliability of goods is in a special category (0.98). 58 statement items developed after being tested for validity and reliability, 55 statement items are appropriate for measuring student career choices, especially in Indonesia.

The death of the closest people leaves a feeling of loss and grief that can last into adulthood if it is not resolved. Children and adolescents are the most vulnerable subjects due to a lack of understanding about death and grief. Unfortunately, death education in Indonesia is still minimal, even though it can help children cope with grief as a basic response to loss. Death education should be provided by guidance and counseling teachers, but no studies or practices in Indonesia apply to this context. Therefore, this research was conducted to make recommendations based on a literature review on death education to help students cope with grief. This study uses the systematic literature review (SLR) method which aims to synthesize and present in-depth data from 20 selected previous studies from Google Scholar, PubMed, Harzing, and Mendeley. The implementation of death education can be focused on the explanation of death, the value of life and death, and strategies to cope with the grief caused by death. Practical strategies to implement death education in Indonesia can be developed before being widely practiced.

Career aspirations motivate students to form a vision of their professional future, provide direction in selecting relevant education and experiences, and to continue to grow personally and professionally. This study aims to review the analysis of student career needs based on theoretical student career aspirations. The method used is a systematic literature review. The results of the literature review recommend further research for research on 1) factors that influence the formation of career aspirations; (2) the relationship between career aspirations and job satisfaction; (3) differences in career aspirations between demographic groups such as gender, age, educational background, or ethnicity; (4) the impact of career aspirations on motivation and work involvement; (5) the role of education in forming career aspirations; (6) comparison of career aspirations between different cultures or countries

The phenomenon of bullying is still rife among high school adolescents in Indonesia. This study aims to develop an instrument that measures the number of victims of bullying at school. The study involved adolescents with an age range of 12-14 years at a junior high school in West Bandung Regency, West Java, Indonesi a. This study used a quantitative method with a questionnaire containing 18 items which had 4 Likert answer choices. Data analysis used the Rasch model approach, and used Winstep 3.73 software. The results of the analysis show that personal reliability is 0.49 which indicates that the consistency of participants in answering questions is included in the weak category, and item reliability is 0.95 which indicates that the quality of the item items is classified as special. It can be concluded that the instrument for victims of bullying already has items that are classified as special, it's just that the consistency of participants in answering questions is still weak, and the level of interaction between participants and items is also lacking. Keywords: Validity, reliability, Rasch model, victims of bullying
