Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) minat konsumen membeli pulsa terhadap usia, (2) minat konsumen membeli pulsa terhadap jenis kelamin, (3) minat konsumen membeli pulsa terhadap pendapatan pada Ceria Cell Cabang Bima. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian ini adalah konsumen yang mengunjungi outlet Ceria Cell Cabang Bima dengan jumlah 50 orang. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah statistik uji wald. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) minat konsumen membeli pulsa terhadap usia memperoleh hasil sebesar 0,912, (2) minat konsumen membeli pulsa terhadap jenis kelamin sebesar 1,335, (3) minat konsumen membeli pulsa terhadap pendapatan sebesar 9,911 pada Ceria Cell Cabang Bima.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh harga terhadap minat belanja konsumen di Alfamart Kecamatan Alas, (2) pengaruh pelayanan terhadap minat belanja konsumen di Alfamart Kecamatan Alas, (3) pengaruh harga dan pelayanan terhadap minat belanja konsumen di Alfamart Kecamatan Alas. Penentuan sampel menggunakan rumus Slovin yang berjumlah 100 responden. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa, (1) ada pengaruh harga yang signifikan terhadap minat belanja konsumen di Alfamart Kecamatan Alas, (2) ada pengaruh pelayanan yang signifikan terhadap minat belanja konsumen di Alfamart Kecamatan Alas, (3) ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara harga dan pelayanan terhadap minat belanja konsumen di Alfamart Kecamatan Alas. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan nilai alpha 5% atau sebesar 0.05.

Abstract

Household financial planning is one of the government programs listed as the Financial Literacy Strategy Plan from the Financial Services Authority (OJK). Activities in this service provide knowledge in managing family finances. The target audience is 15 people from the association of women's unions at Pertamina's badas fuel terminal consisting of various types of work, such as entrepreneurs, lecturers, and so on. The method of activity is to provide knowledge in managing family financial planning including budgeting expenditures and savings. Materials will be delivered using online socialization and training methods. The result of this activity which is the conclusion of this service is that mothers are able to prepare financial planning by setting the expenditure and savings budget. --- Perencanaan keuangan rumah tangga merupakan salah satu  program pemerintah yang tercantum sebagai Rencana Strategi Literasi Keuangan dari Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK). Tujuan pengabdian ini memberikan pengetahuan dalam mengatur keuangan keluarga. Khalayak sasaran adalah 15 orang dari perkumpulan ibu-ibu  persatuan wanita patra pertamina fuel terminal badas yang terdiri dari beragam jenis pekerjaan seperti, wirausahawan, dosen, dan lain sebagainya. Metode kegiatan adalah memberikan pengetahuan dalam mengatur perencanaan keuangan keluarga meliputi pengaturan anggaran pengeluaran dan tabungan. Materi akan disampaikan dengan metode sosialisasi dan pelatihan secara daring. Hasil kegiatan yang merupakan simpulan pengabdian ini adalah ibu-ibu mampu menyusun perencanaan keuangan dengan melakukan pengaturan anggaran pengeluaran dan tabungan.

Abstract

The purpose of this service is to expand product marketing and introduce product packaging to people in Kerato Village who have businesses. The method used is to provide counseling and training regarding product packaging techniques and product marketing. Marketing is the spearhead in a business, so this needs to be improved all the time and given knowledge about marketing that continues to grow. The result of this activity is that the community in Kerato village who have a business can better understand how to apply attractive packaging and carry out proper marketing so that they can increase their business.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is a variable influence of the number of industries, population and industrial investment on the absorption of industrial sector workers in Sumbawa Regency. The method used in this study is a quantitative method using multiple linear regression analysis. The result of the regresssion calculations were tested using the t test and F test with the result that the variables number of industries and industrial investment had an influence on employment in the industrial sector in Sumbawa Regency, while the population variable had no influence on employment in the industrial sector in Sumbawa Regency. However, simultaneously the variables number of industries, population, and industrial invesment jointly influence the employment of theindustrial sector in Sumbawa Regency, with a significance value of 0,001<0,05 shown, in other words the independent variables are able to explain the magnitude of the dependent variable of employment indutrial sector work

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze income of the lime industry business by formulating appropriate marketing strategies based on SWOT analysis and determining strategies that should be prioritized based on QSPM analysis. The data analysis method used is analyzing production quantities, production costs, receipts, income. Formulate marketing strategies using analytical tools, namely the SWOT matrix and QSPM matrix. The result of this research is an income of IDR57,955,168 per month. The results of the SWOT analysis show that the appropriate strategy to implement is an aggressive strategy with an opportunity score of 2.31 and a strength score of 2.51. Based on the QSPM analysis, the strategy ofdeveloping different types of lime variants is an alternative priority with a total attractiveness value of 6.10 and maintaining product quality and service to consumers with a total attractiveness value of 6.02.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of financial literacy, digital marketing, and network connections on entrepreneurial readiness among Generation Z. In the face of challenges such as the demographic bonus and high youth unemployment, entrepreneurial readiness is crucial for fostering economic independence. However, many young entrepreneurs, especially in rural areas, lack sufficient competency. A quantitative approach, utilizing a survey of 100 respondents, was employed, with data analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling with Partial Least SquaresSquares (SEM-PLS). The results revealed that financial literacy, digital marketing, and network connections have a positive and significant influence on entrepreneurial readiness. These variables collectively explained 71.5% of the variation in entrepreneurial readiness, with financial literacy having the most substantial impact, followed by network connections and digital marketing. The study's findings highlight the importance of a comprehensive entrepreneurship development strategy that integrates financial education, digital skills, and networking. In the education sector, the results emphasize the need for curricula that focus on financial literacy, digital marketing, and networking to equip students with the skills necessary for entrepreneurial success and to bridge the gap between education and the entrepreneurial ecosystem.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of entrepreneurial mindset and digital literacy on entrepreneurial decisions among Generation Z in Sumbawa Regency. The study adopts a quantitative approach with a causal-correlational design and involves respondents from Generation Z in Sumbawa and Alas subdistricts, which are centers of active young populations in the region. Data were collected through a structured survey and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) to test the relationships between variables. The results indicate that entrepreneurial mindset has a positive and significant influence on entrepreneurial decision-making among Generation Z, with creativity, innovation, and risk-taking as the primary factors driving entrepreneurial intent. Additionally, digital literacy also has a positive and significant influence, where competence in utilizing digital technology supports the process of identifying opportunities, business innovation, and expanding online marketing networks. Validity and reliability tests of the constructs indicate that the research instrument is highly reliable and internally consistent. The research model shows a high Goodness of Fit (GoF) value, indicating the model's alignment with empirical data. This study emphasizes the importance of strengthening an entrepreneurial mindset and improving digital literacy to build an adaptive, innovative, and highly competitive young entrepreneurial ecosystem in Sumbawa Regency. These findings provide practical contributions to the formulation of digital-based young entrepreneur empowerment strategies at the local level.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang berfokus pada pengembangan social entrepreneurship di Desa Marente, Kecamatan Alas, Kabupaten Sumbawa, bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan ekonomi komunitas usaha mikro. Melalui program ini, kami memberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan kepada pelaku usaha mikro mengenai konsep social entrepreneurship, manajemen usaha, dan strategi pemasaran. Metode yang digunakan meliputi ceramah, diskusi kelompok, dan praktik langsung, yang bertujuan untuk membangun keterampilan dan pengetahuan peserta dalam mengelola usaha mereka secara lebih efektif. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman peserta tentang pentingnya inovasi dan tanggung jawab sosial dalam berbisnis. Selain itu, peserta juga mendapatkan akses ke jaringan pasar yang lebih luas dan informasi mengenai sumber daya yang dapat mendukung usaha mereka. Dengan demikian, program ini diharapkan dapat mendorong pertumbuhan usaha mikro yang berkelanjutan dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan ekonomi masyarakat Desa Marente. Keberhasilan inisiatif ini memberikan model yang dapat diterapkan di desa-desa lain yang memiliki potensi serupa, sehingga dapat berkontribusi pada pembangunan ekonomi lokal secara keseluruhan.
