Abstract

This research aims to find the form of greeting words which has shifted of Angkola people in Padangsidmpuan, to find the factors that influence shifting of greeting words ofv Angkola people in Padangsidimpuan. The theory which is used for this research is according to Fashold theory in concept Angkola people greeting words “Surat Tumbaga Holing”and the factors of language shifting of Fashold theory.  This research was conducted by appliying descriptive qualitative method. The subjects of this research is Angkola people in Padangsidimpuan from first generation (40-50 years old), second generation (17-35 years old), third generation (6-15 years old). The finding of this research showed that the shifting of greeting words was occur in Angkola people in Padangsidimpuan and the most shifting occur in second and third generation that influence by three factors, such as: 1)Migrant communities, 2) Economic and 3) Education in Padangsidimpuan

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kualitas nutrisi hijauan pakan berupa kandungan Protein Kasar, Serat Kasar, Lemak Kasar, Air, Abu, fkasi serat berupa selulosa, hemiselulosa, lignin, ADF, NDF. Penelitian terdiri atas 4 tahap yaitu survey, pengambilan sampel hijauan, pengolahan sampel hijauan dan analisa kandungan nutrisi hijauan pakan. Rancangan penelitian menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap 5 perlakuan dan 5 ulangan. Perlakuan terdiri atas 5 Desa yang ada di Kecamatan Kuantan Tengah. Penelitian diawali dengan survey (observasi lapang dan penentuan lokasi) kemudian pengambilan sampel hijauan pada 5 Desa yaitu desa Jake, Beringin, Pintu Gobang, Kari, Sungai Jering. Masing-masing Desa diambil 5 lokasi, setiap lokasi diambil 5 titik. Kemudian dilanjutkan dengan pengambilan sampel hijauan, dan analisa kandungan nutrien hijauan di Laboratorium. Alat yang digunakan untuk pengambilan sampel hijauan terdiri dari kuadran 0,5 x 0,5 m2, gunting rumput, sabit, kantong plastik ukuran 10 dan ukuran 2 kg, karung, tali plastik, dan alat tulis. Parameter yang diamati Kualitas nutrisi berupa Kandungan bahan kering, abu, Protein Kasar, Serat Kasar, Lemak Kasar, fkasi serat berupa selulosa, hemiselulosa, lignin, ADF, NDF. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis ANOVA, jika terdapat pengaruh nyata terhadap peubah yang diamati, maka dilakukan uji lanjut Duncan Multiple Rante Test (DMRT). Kesimpulan dari penelitian adalah kandunan nutrisi hijauan yang tumbuh di Kecamatan Kuantan Tengah termasuk baik dengan protein kasar 8.67 % Bk sampai 12.56 % Bk. Fraksi serat masih sesuai standar nutrisi rumput lapangan, namun masih perlu penambahan konsentrat.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh konsentrasi bibit kefir terhadap nilai organoleptik susu kefir. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan 3 perlakuan, dimana masing perlakuan menggunakan susu UHT sebanyak 1 kg yaitu KF1: konsentrasi bibit kefir 2%; KF2: konsentrasi bibit kefir 4%; dan KF3: konsentrasi bibit kefir 6%. Data hasil penilaian dianalisis dengan analisis sensori uji hedonik dan ANOVA (Analysis of Variance). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konsentrasi bibit kefir yang ditambahkan berpengaruh sangat nyata (P>0,01) terhadap skor penilaian aroma, rasa, dan tekstur pada susu kefir. Sedangkan untuk skor penilaian warna susu kefir tidak berpengaruh nyata (P<0,05) dengan konsentrasi bibit kefir yang ditambahkan. Skor penilaian rata-rata untuk skor warna yaitu 3,74 (agak kuning), skor aroma yaitu 3,56 (aroma khas kefir), skor rasa yaitu 3,29 (sedikit asam), dan skor tekstur yaitu 3,51 (agak kasar dan kental). Hasil penelitian yang terbaik terdapat pada perlakukan KF3 dengan konsentrasi bibit kefir sebanyak 6%.

Abstract

A suitably learning model greatly reassurances the learning efficacy, learning endings and students’ competence in dealing with uncertainty changes in the future. This study drives to legitimize strongly that the collaborative learning model is a suitably model which urgently to be set-off to advance students' competence in fronting the society 5.0 era in Indonesia. To achieve the research ambitions, a qualitative method which systematic literature review design was orchestrated. Research data was poised by collecting 20 previous research judgement from the internet approximately the results of collaborative learning model implementation. Data analysis performance consist of data collection, data presentation, data condensation, and drawing conclusions. The analysis fallouts: 1) Collaborative learning is a learning model which has been empirically proven to be appropriate for Indonesian English teachers to apply in society 5.0 era. 2) The application of collaborative learning model has been empirically proven to be able to increase the competencies needed in society 5.0 era, namely English communication skills, critical thinking, collaborating, and solving problems skills. Afterwards, collaborative learning model must be become skilled theoretically and practically by Indonesian English teachers to produce the excellence graduates to fronting the vagueness in society 5.0 era

Abstract

From the researchers’ personal experience, writing necessitates more abilities, and some struggle to string words together to convey the meaning of what they want to say. Lack of interest due to the monotony of learning; some people, in particular,are more interested in learning through imagery rather than listening. If we educatestudents through animated films, they will be more engaged. Descriptive text isdifficult enough to learn by the students (Putri, 2019). They will try to describe manythings they find in the movie they have just watched. The researcher's aim is thatstudents can write appropriate descriptive text compositions faster than before.They can describe things more freely than usual and hope to contribute to a greaterinterest in writing. So here one of formulating of the problem in this research How far is the improvement of the students’ skill in writing descriptive textafter they are taught by using Animated Short Film? . Writing is one of the skills that must be learned and mastered. Writing is the expression of oneselfin various media through words or thoughts. (Safitri, 2019). A descriptive text attempts toprovide a detailed description of how something or someone appears (Djamdjuri &Hadi, 2021). According to (Rahmadani & Nurhaeni, 2019), Descriptive text is a type oftext seen from two sides, namely from its organizational structure and function. Anything, including items, locations, creatures, and more, can seem like this thing. Animated short films are also based on the violence ofcontextual comics. Coupled with the ability of young children to distinguish fantasyfrom good and bad reality, it can also eliminate the possibility that children willexert the attraction shown in animated short films on other people in real life. In this research, the researcher used the form of action research asstated by Wallace (1998) that is a kind of research which is done systematicallyin collecting the data on the lesson and analyzing it in order to come tosome decisions about what the future lesson should be. Using animated short film in teaching can improve the students’ skill in writing descriptive text to the eleventh grade students of SMA Negeri 6 Padangsidimpuan Padangsidimpuan in 2022 - 2023 academic year. It can be seen from the value of students mean score of the students from 61.25 become 80.79

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui : (1) Hasil belajar siswa yang menggunakan model pembelajaran Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) pada Mata Pelajaran Boga Dasar (2) Hasil belajar siswa yang tidak menggunakan model pembelajaran Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) pada Mata Pelajaran Boga dasar, (3) Pengaruh model pembelajaran Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) terhadap hasil belajar Boga dasar. Teknik pengambilan sampel secara Total Sampling dengan jumlah 60 orang. Kelas X¹ berjumlah 30 orang dan kelas X² yang berjumlah 30 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan tes dan teknik analisis data menggunakan deskripsi data, uji kecenderungan, uji normalitas menggunakan rumus chi kuadrat, uji linieritas, dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa tingkat kecenderungan hasil belajar siswa yang menggunanaan Model Pembelajaran Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) pada Mata Pelajaran Boga Dasar termasuk kategori cenderung tinggi sebesar 60 persen dan tingkat kecenderungan hasil belajar siswa yang tidak menggunakan Model Pembelajaran Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) pada Mata Pelajaran Boga dasar termassuk kategori cenderung cukup sebesar 83 persen. Hasil uji normalitas dari kedua kelas adalah berdistribusi normal dengan nilai kelas eksperimen (Xhitung = 4,80 < Xtabel = 11,07), kelas kontrol (Xhitung = 3,86 < Xtabel = 11,07). Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis (Uji t) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan pada Penggunaan Model Pembelajaran Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) terhadap hasil belajar Boga dasar dengan nilai > (6,87>1,661) pada taraf signifikan 5%. Artinya model pembelajaran Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada pelajaran Boga Dasar.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the conditions in the field where so far the teacher teaches still using printed teaching materials, and other separate learning resources that must be prepared in advance and are not yet available in the package books used so that the teaching materials are less practical and complete, related to this condition, the researcher aims to develop a Multi Modal Teaching Material Application Product with the object of developing Thematic Teaching Materials in grade 5 Elementary School / Madrasah Ibtidaiyah. The method used is the R&D model with 4D steps according to Tagarajan. Starting from the stages of defining, designing, developing, and distributing products. But in this study it is only limited to producing products only (Product Validation) the next stage is carried out in the next study. The techniques used include discussions with experts on product design, distributing Product Validation questionnaires. The data obtained were then analyzed using qualitative and quantitative approaches. The results showed that multimodal teaching materials were developed by involving 8 PGMI students. Products validated by experts, consisting of 8 media experts and learning material experts. The results showed data Validation of product feasibility of 3.94 or 98.2% with a very feasible category. Product feasibility validation data from the media aspect shows 3.97 or 99% with a very feasible category. Product feasibility validation data from the material content aspect shows a value of 3.94 or 98.5%, a value indicating that the material in this application is very feasible. So it can be concluded that the multimodal teaching materials developed have a level of feasibility as a product Multimodal teaching materials show very feasible results as Multimodal Thematic Teaching Material Applications and can be continued in the next research hold from the R & D ledge Test practicality and effectiveness in limited and widespread fields to then be distributed as Teaching Materials in the field

Abstract

Hijauan yang paling banyak ditemukan di perkebunan sawit rakyat Kecamatan Kuantan Tengah adalah jenis tumbuhan Asystasia gangetica. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kualitas nutrisi Asystasia gangetica berupa kandungan mineral makro Ca, P, Zn dan Fe . Penelitian terdiri atas 4 tahap yaitu survey, pengambilan sampel hijauan Asytasia ganetica, pengolahan sampel hijauan dan analisa kandungan mineral Asytasia ganetica. Rancangan penelitian menggunakan RAL (Rancangan Acak Lengkap) dengan  4 perlakuan dan 5 ulangan. Perlakuan terdiri atas 4 Desa yang ada di Kecamatan Kuantan Tengah. Penelitian diawali dengan survey (observasi lapang dan penentuan lokasi) kemudian pengambilan sampel Asytasia ganetica hijauan pada 4 Desa yaitu desa Jake, Beringin, Kopah, Kari. Alat yang digunakan untuk pengambilan sampel hijauan terdiri dari kuadran 0.5 x 0.5 m2, gunting rumput, sabit, kantong plastik ukuran 10 dan ukuran 2 kg, karung, tali plastik, dan alat tulis. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa pada perkebunan sawit rakyat yang berbeda desa memberikan pengaruh nyata P0.05 terhadap kandungan mineral Asystasia gangetica. Kandungan mineral makro pada tanaman Asystasi gengetica Ca berkisar 46.79 sampai 53.60 ppm, kandungan P berkisar 125.24 sampai 136.32 ppm, kandungan Zn berkisar 2.70 sampai 3.23 ppm, kandungan Fe berkisar 3.28 sampai 4.32 ppm.  Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini secara umum kandungan mineral makro Asytasia gingetica pada empat desa yang berbeda di perkebunan sawit rakyat Kecamatan Kuantan Tengah termasuk baik dijadikan bahan pakan dengan kandungan mineral makro yang mencukupi standar.
