Abstract

Manajemen perpustakaan tidak hanya berdasar pada teori, tetapi yang terpenting adalah bagaimana mengimplementasikan teori tersebut dalam praktik operasional. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui bagaimana penerapan prinsip-prinsip manajemen organisasi dalam fungsi manajemen perpustakaan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif, sehingga data yang diperoleh dari informasi dapat digambarkan secara deskriptif dengan melakukan observasi di lapangan, kemudian melakukan wawancara kepada kepala Dinas perpustakaan dan pengelola perpustakaan. Adapun hasil penelitian yang diperoleh bahwa dalam penerapan prinsip-prinsip manajemen organisasi ke dalam fungsi manajemen sudah di terapkan dengan mengacu pada prinsip manajemen secara umum seperti perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pengerahan dan pengawasan sudah diterapkan  secara optimal meskipun terdapat beberapa kendala seperti kurangnya SDM untuk melaksanakan prinsip manajemen yang sudah dikemukakan sebelumnya. Kesimpulan dari penelitian bahwa terdapat beberapa kendala dalam proses penerapan prinsip manajemen secara umum yang sering ditemui oleh pustakawan yang tidak berlatar belakang sarjana ilmu perpustakaan. Namun secara garis besar prinsip manajemen pada umumnya sudah diterapkan di Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Kabupaten Takalar.

Abstract

Introduction: Parents acceptance of this Covid-19 vaccination is a challenge in the success of the Covid-19 vaccination program. This study was to identify the relationship between parental acceptance (Effectiveness, Risk, and Procedure for Giving the Covid-19 Vaccine). Methods: This research is a quantitative study with a Cross-Sectional Study approach. The population in this study were all children aged 6-11 years domiciled in East Kolaka Regency. The sampling technique was simple random sampling, with a sample of 369 respondents. Results: The study showed that of the 369 respondents who received the Covid-19 vaccination well, 203 (55.0%) respondents and 166 (45.0%) respondents who received poor reception. Based on statistical tests, it shows that there is a significant weak category relationship between parental acceptance and the effectiveness of giving Covid-19 vaccination (p value = 0.000) and parental acceptance with the risk of giving Covid-19 vaccination (p value = 0.000) while the variable procedure for giving Covid vaccination is (p value = 0.117) which means there is no significant relationship with parental acceptance of Covid-19 vaccination. Conclusion: Public awareness is needed to be active and participate in vaccination activities as an effort to protect themselves, their families and others. Also as a form of support for the government's efforts to suppress Covid-19 cases.

Abstract

In a scientific work such as a journal article, the writing of keywords is an essential part of a scholarly publication. They are usually used to represent concepts or ideas in the writing. By using keywords, authors can reach a wider readership, and the information needed matches the readers' desires. The study of keyword trends in the Anuva journal aims to map the keywords in the articles, enabling more specific information retrieval. This research employs a qualitative descriptive analysis of data downloaded from the Anuva website (https://ejournal2.undip.ac.id/index.php/Anuva/), then processed using Microsoft Excel, and the data is displayed in tabular form and analyzed to produce conclusions that can generally be narrated in tables. The data used in the research spans from 2017 to 2022. The results show that Anuva has published 227 articles from 2017 to 2022. The highest number of articles was published in 2021, with 54 articles, and the lowest was in 2017, with 174 articles, with a total of 839 keywords. The most frequently used keywords are "Library" (15), "Information Literacy" (11), "Information Seeking Behavior" (5), and "Library and Information Science Research" (3). This indicates that Anuva: Journal of Cultural Studies, Library and Information publishes more articles in the library and information field than cultural studies, suggesting that the journal's focus and scope could become more specific. Abstrak Dalam sebuah karya ilmiah seperti artikel jurnal, penulisan kata kunci yang menjadi bagian penting dalam sebuah publikasi ilmiah. Biasanya digunakan sebagai perwakilan konsep atau ide/gagasan dalam tulisan. Dengan menggunakan kata kunci penulis mampu menjangkau pembaca yang lebih banyak dan informasi yang dibutuhkan sesuai dengan keinginan pembaca. Kajian tren kata kunci pada jurnal Anuva dengan tujuan untuk memetakan kata kunci pada artikel sehingga penelusuran informasi yang lebih spesifik. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif kualitatif pada data yang diunduh dilaman website Anuva (https://ejournal2.undip.ac.id/index.php/Anuva/) kemudian diolah menggunakan microsoft excel dan data ditampilkan dalam bentuk tabel dan dianalisis sehingga menghasilkan kesimpulan yang secara umum dapat dinarasikan dalam tabel. Data yang digunakan pada penelitian mulai tahun 2017-2022. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa artikel yang diterbitkan Anuva sejak tahun 2017-2022 sebanyak 227 artikel. Artikel terbanyak yang telah diterbitkan pada tahun 2021 sebanyak 54 artikel dan paling sedikit tahun 2017 sebanyak 174 artikel dengan jumlah kata kunci secara keseluruhan sebanyak 839 kata kunci. Kata kunci yang paling banyak digunakan yakni “Perpustakaan” (15), “Literasi Informasi”(11), “Perilaku pencarian informasi”(5), dan “Penelitian ilmu perpustakaan dan informasi”(3). Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa Anuva: jurnal kajian budaya, perpustakaan dan informasi lebih banyak menerbitkan artikel bidang perpustakaan dan informasi dibandingkan dengan kajian budaya, sehingga focus dan scope jurnal bisa menjadi lebih spesifik.

Abstract

Librarians' interpersonal communication plays a crucial role in enhancing the quality of library services. This study aims to analyze the forms of interpersonal communication used by librarians and their impact on user satisfaction at the Library and Archives Office of Enrekang Regency. This research employs a qualitative descriptive approach, with data collected through direct observation and interviews with librarians. Data analysis was conducted through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The findings reveal that effective interpersonal communication involves the use of clear verbal language, direct face-to-face interaction, and an empathetic attitude in service delivery. However, librarians face several challenges in communicating with users, including language barriers, lack of communication skills, and impatient user attitudes. To overcome these challenges, interpersonal communication skills training, such as customer service workshops and effective communication training, has been shown to improve the quality of librarian-user interactions. This study concludes that librarians with strong communication skills can foster better relationships with users, enhance user satisfaction, and strengthen the library’s reputation as a professional and inclusive information center. Abstrak Komunikasi interpersonal pustakawan memainkan peran penting dalam meningkatkan kualitas layanan perpustakaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bentuk komunikasi interpersonal yang dilakukan oleh pustakawan serta dampaknya terhadap kepuasan pemustaka di Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Kabupaten Enrekang. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi dan wawancara langsung dengan pustakawan. Analisis data dilakukan melalui reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi interpersonal yang efektif melibatkan penggunaan bahasa verbal yang jelas, komunikasi langsung (tatap muka), serta sikap empati dalam memberikan layanan. Namun, beberapa kendala yang dihadapi pustakawan dalam berkomunikasi dengan pemustaka meliputi perbedaan bahasa, kurangnya keterampilan komunikasi, dan sikap pemustaka yang kurang sabar. Untuk mengatasi tantangan ini, pelatihan keterampilan komunikasi interpersonal, seperti workshop layanan pelanggan dan pelatihan komunikasi efektif, terbukti dapat meningkatkan kualitas interaksi pustakawan dengan pemustaka. Kesimpulan penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa pustakawan yang memiliki keterampilan komunikasi yang baik dapat mempererat hubungan dengan pemustaka, meningkatkan kepuasan pengguna, serta memperkuat citra perpustakaan sebagai pusat informasi yang profesional dan inklusif.
