Abstract

This study aims to determine the response to body weight gain, feed consumption and feed efficiency of goat nuts fed with Javanese wood leaf hay (Lannea coromandelica). This research was conducted on 24 November 2019 to 02 February 2020 at the CV. Prima BREED Tondo Village, Mantikulore Subdistrict, Palu City, Central Sulawesi Province. The livestock used in this study were 12 female local goats aged 10 months with a body weight range between 11.29 - 16.29 kg, which were placed in individual cages with wooden floors. 12 plots are made. This study conducted a comparison test of 2 treatments with t-test statistical analysis. The treatments tested were P1 = Giving concentrate without Java wood leaf hay, P2 = Giving concentrate + 0.5% Java leaf hay. The variables observed were body weight gain, dry matter consumption of rations, and efficiency of ration use. The results showed that giving of Java wood leaf hay had no significant effect on body weight gain and ration efficiency, but had a significant effect on the consumption of dry matter.

Abstract

Mengelola pendidikan melalui manajemen strategis lebih baik. Persaingan dalam lembaga pendidikan merupakan kenyataan yang tidak dapat dihindari. Persaingan antar sekolah terlihat semakin kompetitif, terutama di sekolah swasta. Pendidikan formal di lingkungan sekolah saat ini sedang mengalami perubahan yang signifikan, salah satunya adalah lingkungan pendidikan global. Penyelenggaraan pendidikan sangat tergantung pada manajemen yang baik, meliputi perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pengarahan dan pengendalian. Strategi manajemen adalah proses mempersiapkan, mengimplementasikan, dan meninjau langkah-langkah proses untuk mencapai tujuan organisasi di masa depan, maka strategi melibatkan partisipasi semua komponen organisasi dan menentukan strategi untuk diterapkan dan dijalankan.

Abstract

The importance of the language development phase at the age of 1-3 years confirms that the influence of gadgets on children's speaking abilities is an aspect that requires special understanding and attention. The use of gadgets, if not managed wisely, has the potential to reduce the time that should be spent on direct interaction and communication between children and their environment. In this research, the literature review study method was used as the main approach to understand the impact of using gadgets on the speaking abilities of children aged 1-3 years. This approach involves analysis and synthesis of information from various literature sources relevant to the research topic. This research produces that In conclusion, this research underlines the complexity of using gadgets in children aged 1-3 years. Some children experience improvements in speaking ability through educational content, while others experience regression, especially in aspects of social interaction.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between organizational commitment and the behavior of organizational members. Correlation and standardized mean values have been carried out to reveal the effect of organizational communication on organizational citizenship behavior . Employee participation is critical to organizational effectiveness. In this case, the employee in question is an employee who is not only reliable, but also has loyalty and commitment, as well as readiness to provide more performance for the organization, or commonly referred to as behavior. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative, with a phenomenological approach to interpreting phenomena . occurs where the researcher is as an instrument, sampling data sources is done by data collection techniques in the form of interviews . Analysis using descriptive analysis and inferential analysis . The results of the descriptive analysis show that in this study, in the organizational circles communication dimension, only the communication dimension with managers is significantly correlated dimensions of altruism and civic virtue of organizational citizen behavior

Abstract

Carpal Tunnel Syndrome (CTS) is a neuromuscular disease characterized by tingling, pain and sensory disturbances in the palms and fingers due to compression of the median nerve which is in the carpal tunnel. One of the risk factors for CTS is that repetaed wrist flexion-extension movements over a long period of time can trigger mechanical trauma or ischemia to the median nerve. Rujak seller is one of the jobs that is at risk of experiencing CTS. This research was conducted to determine the relationship between duration and frequency of work and symptoms and severity of CTS in rujak sellers in Glenmore District, Banyuwangi Regency. This cross-sectional analytical observational study was conducted from April to June 2024 and involved 59 respondents. Data was collected through interviews using questionnaires on work duration, work frequency, CTS symptoms and the Indonesian version of the Boston Carpal Tunnel Syndrome Questionnaire (BCTQ). The results of the Spearman analysis show a significant relationship between work duration and CTS symptoms (p=0.005) with a correlation coefficient of 0.361. The results of data analysis also show a significant relationship between work frequency and CTS symptoms (p=0.000) with a correlation coefficient of 0.595. This research concluded that the duration and frequency of work had a significant positive relationship with the symptoms and severity of CTS. The longer the duration of work and the more frequent the frequency of work, it can increase the risk of CTS and increase the severity of CTS. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kerjasama Tim dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karywan Pada Gledex Logistik di Jakarta. Metode yang digunakan yaitu metode kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampling jenuh dan diperoleh sampel 60 responden. Analisis menggunakan uji validitas, uji reabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi, koefisien korelasi, koefisien determinasi, uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian Kerjasama tim berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan Nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 25,4% dan uji hipotesis diperoleh t hitung > t tabel atau (4,447> 1,672). Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan Nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 56,1% dan uji hipotesis diperoleh t hitung > t tabel atau (8,616> 1,672). Kerjasama tim dan disiplin kerja secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan persamaan regresi Y = 10,159 + 0,140X1 + 0,800X2. Nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 57,1% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 42,9% dipengaruhi faktor lain. Uji hipotesis diperoleh nilai F hitung > F tabel atau (38,670> 3,160).

Abstract

In an increasingly modern era, the development of English can be carried out by utilizing technological developments to upgrade English skills, one of which is by using music in the form of songs, as a medium for developing English. The song is an art without boundaries that is very enjoyable and is able to make someone express feelings, and convey their message. Songs can be listened to by using several media such as audio media and audiovisual media. Audio media is media in the form of sounds or sounds that can only be heard (auditory) so this media is called listening media and audiovisual media is media that can be seen and heard. Even though using media such as audio and audiovisual there are indicators in choosing a song, namely choosing the right song, choosing the song we like by genre, looking for song lyrics, finding out unfamiliar vocabulary, and singing the song again after understanding and learning the vocabulary in the song. With that, it will make it easier to understand English through songs. Then, the material object is to use audio-visual media, namely the Joox song application and YouTube media with a song called "See You Again". and the object of translation is done through google translate or with online dictionary media. And the researcher concludes, that using songs is a way that is very influential on language development. Key words : Song, audiovisual media

Abstract

Artificial intelligence (AI) is growing and starting to be applied in various aspects of English language learning, including speaking skills. In the application of the Direct Method, which emphasizes communication without translation, ChatGPT has the potential to be a support tool that can improve EFL learners' speaking skills. This study analyzes teachers' perceptions of using ChatGPT to improve EFL learners' speaking skills. Using a qualitative case study approach, the study involved 10 English teachers. Data were collected using a Likert scale questionnaire and in-depth interviews, then analyzed using thematic analysis. The results showed that most teachers had positive opinions toward integrating ChatGPT in supporting the direct method to improve students' speaking skills. However, concerns were raised regarding teacher preparation, pedagogical effectiveness, and limited feedback. This study confirms that the success of AI integration depends on teachers' willingness to optimize its use. With the right strategies, ChatGPT can be an innovative tool that complements traditional teaching methods and improves students' conversational skills.

Abstract

In Indonesia’s increasingly competitive pharmacy market, driven by the growth of online platforms and large pharmacy chains, service quality has become a decisive factor in attracting and retaining customers. This study examined how the five SERVQUAL dimensions influence purchasing decisions at Cuan Farma Pharmacy in East Jakarta. A cross-sectional quantitative design was applied with 287 respondents selected through systematic random sampling. Service quality was measured using a validated and reliable questionnaire (Cronbach’s Alpha = 0.94) and analyzed with multiple linear regression. The results showed that tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, and empathy had significant positive effects on purchasing decisions (p 0.05), with empathy emerging as the strongest driver. Assurance, however, was not significant (p 0.05), suggesting that customers perceive it as a basic expectation rather than a differentiating factor. Together, service quality dimensions explained 47.2% of the variance in purchasing decisions, while the remainder was influenced by other factors such as price, location, and product availability. These findings underscore the importance of enhancing empathy and responsiveness, supported by reliability and tangible aspects, to strengthen customer loyalty and competitiveness in the pharmacy sector.
