Abstract

Pendidikan Nasional berfungsi mengembangkan kemampuan dan membentuk watak serta peradaban bangsa yang bermartabat dalam rangka mencerdaskan kehidupan bangsa, bertujuan untuk berkembangnya potensi peserta didik agar menjadi manusia yang beriman dan bertaqwa kepada Tuhan Yang Maha Esa, berakhlak mulia, sehat berilmu, cakap, kreatif, mandiri dan menjadi warga Negara yang demokratis serta bertanggung jawab. Bentuk penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Studi Hubungan (Interrelationship Studies) yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh tata tertib asrama dan keaktifan osis terhadap kedisplinan siswa. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa tata tertib asrama memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kedisiplinan siswa. Siswa yang tinggal di asrama dengan tata tertib yang ketat dan diterapkan secara konsisten menunjukkan tingkat kedisiplinan yang lebih tinggi. Tata tertib asrama membantu menciptakan lingkungan yang teratur, di mana siswa terbiasa mengikuti aturan, menghargai waktu, dan bertanggung jawab atas perilaku mereka. National Education functions to develop abilities and shape the character and civilization of a dignified nation in order to educate the life of the nation, aiming to develop the potential of students to become human beings who have faith and devotion to God Almighty, have noble character, are healthy, knowledgeable, capable, creative, independent and become democratic and responsible citizens. The form of research used in this research is Interrelationship Studies which aims to determine the influence of dormitory rules and student council activity on student discipline. This research found that dormitory rules and regulations have a significant influence on student discipline. Students who live in dormitories with strict and consistently implemented rules demonstrate a higher level of discipline. Hostel rules help create an orderly environment, where students are used to following rules, respecting time, and being responsible for their behavior.

Abstract

The role of educators should be able to carry out the inspiration of learning. The existence of teachers as one component in the education system greatly affects the formation of student discipline character in SD Negeri 3 Rejosari Belitang Mulya District, OKU Timur. This research was descriptive qualitative. This research provided an overview of the character of students’ discipline and provide solutions in character-based learning for students in OKU Timur. Data collection techniques used in this study were observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study explained that teachers as educators, teachers as teachers, teachers as mentors, teachers as trainers, and teachers as evaluators. The role of classroom teachers in SD Negeri 3 Rejosari has been good already, because each class teacher has applied the five aspects of the role of the class teacher well. Efforts of classroom teachers in the formation of student character are using habituation method, exemplary, lecture and simulation. Therefore, teachers have an important role in building the character of the nation.

Abstract

This study aims to (1) describe the implementation of the learning process of the Syi'ir Ngudi Susilo manuscript at TPQ Al Muktamar, (2) identify the character values embedded in the manuscript, and (3) examine the application of character education values derived from the manuscript. A qualitative descriptive approach with a case study methodology was employed, conducted at TPQ Al Muktamar. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The findings of this study reveal that the learning process of the Syi'ir Ngudi Susilo manuscript at TPQ Al Muktamar is effective in promoting character development among students. The manuscript incorporates significant character values, such as discipline, respect, patience, and devotion, which are essential in shaping students' moral and ethical behavior. The character values embedded within the manuscript have been instrumental in fostering better character development among students, influencing both their academic and personal lives. Additionally, the application of these values through the learning process at TPQ Al Muktamar has successfully instilled positive habits and motivated students to apply these values in their daily routines. In conclusion, the Syi'ir Ngudi Susilo manuscript has proven to be an effective tool for character education at TPQ Al Muktamar, as it not only educates students about religious teachings but also shapes their moral character. This study highlights the importance of integrating character education into religious learning, which can play a significant role in cultivating a well-rounded, ethically driven generation.

Abstract

Kebun gizi merupakan program yang bertujuan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan buah dan sayur dengan memanfaatkan lahan pekarangan. Desa Tanggeau yang terletak di Kecamatan Polinggona Kabupaten Kolaka ikut mengimplementasikan program kebun gizi. Hasil obeservasi menunjukkan bahwa keberadaan kebun gizi dipekarangan desa dalam perawatan dan pemanfaatannya belum maksimal, sehingga tim pengabdian kepada masyarakat USN Kolaka berinisiatif melakukan pembenahan dan penanaman kembali di kebun gizi. Kegiatan dilaksanakan dengan tujuan menumbuhkan perilaku hidup sehat melalui pemanfaatan kebun gizi dan sebagai acuan bagi masyarakat untuk memanfaatkan lahan pekarangan rumah masing-masing untuk membuat kebun gizi. Kebun gizi yang dibenahi dimulai dari pembersihan, penanaman dan perawatan memakan waktu sekitar satu bulan. Hasil yang diperoleh, tanaman yang ditanam di kebun gizi terpantau sudah mulai tumbuh dan berkembang. Selanjutnya proses pemeliharaan kebun gizi diserahkan sepenuhnya kepada masyarakat dengan harapan dapat memanfaatkan hasil yang diperoleh dari kebun gizi yang dibenahi dan ditanami kembali oleh tim pengabdian kepada masyarakat USN Kolaka.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of ethical leadership and implementation of good corporate governance (GCG) on improving the performance of State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) from a financial and non-financial perspective, with a case study at PT Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk. This study uses primary data through questionnaires distributed to company employees, with data processing using the SPSS statistical method. The results of the study indicate that ethical leadership does not have a significant effect on BUMN performance, while GCG implementation has a positive and significant effect on that performance. These findings highlight that the application of the principles of transparency, accountability, and sustainability in corporate governance plays a key role in improving operational efficiency and achieving the company's strategic goals. The managerial implications of this study include the need to strengthen GCG implementation at all levels of the organization to improve company performance. Managers must ensure that GCG policies and practices are implemented consistently and properly supervised to minimize risk and increase investor confidence. In addition, although ethical leadership does not show a direct effect, companies still need to promote ethical behavior to create a positive organizational culture that supports long-term business sustainability

Abstract

This study uses quantitative methods to investigate the effects of the implementation of the e-samsat system, tax awareness, and income rates on compliance with motor vehicle tax payments. Data yang digunakan adalah data utama by distributing the questionnaire to taxpayers registered in the eastern Jakarta territory and sampling techniques using pursposive samplings and obtained 50 respondents. Pre-conditional analysis tests using validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests, multicolinearity trials, heterocadastisity tests dengan menggunakan spss 25, kemudian melakukan analisis regresi linier dan tes parsial (uji t). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan e-samsat tidak mempengaruhi kepatuhan terhadap pembayaran pajak karena masih ada beberapa who have not accepted socialization against e-Samsat. The variable of tax awareness has an influence on compliance with tax payments because with consciousness then the taxpayer is involved in supporting the development process, and the variable rate of income has no influence over the compliance of tax payment.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the effect of fermented cassava with squid tapioca waste on the growth, survival, and feed quality of earthworms (Lumbricus rubellus) and tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus). This study used a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with three treatments, namely the concentration of fermented cassava (10 ml, 15 ml, and 20 ml) in varying tapioca waste. The results showed that the highest specific growth rate (SGR) and increase in body length of earthworms were found in the treatment of fermented cassava 20 ml (treatment C) with values ​​of 4.40% and 19.2 mm respectively and the highest survival rate (SH) of 89.16%. Earthworm feed fermented cassava also had a positive effect on the growth of tilapia with the highest SGR value in treatment C of 1.17% and the survival rate of tilapia reaching 93.33%. Water quality parameters throughout the study remained within the optimal range for both organisms, with temperature, pH, and dissolved oxygen levels suitable for tilapia growth. This study concluded that fermentation of tapioca waste with squid by-products can improve feed quality, accelerate growth, and increase the survival rate of earthworms and tilapia, making it a sustainable alternative feed source in tilapia cultivation

Abstract

The implementation of the demonstration method aims to improve Arabic language learning outcomes. This study also seeks to identify the supporting and inhibiting factors associated with this method. A qualitative approach was employed, with the demonstration method specifically applied to the topic of "arriyadoh" (sports). The use of the demonstration method in Arabic language instruction is expected to facilitate students in retaining vocabulary (mufrodat) over a long period, thereby addressing the needs for vocabulary mastery and significantly impacting students' learning outcomes. The results indicate that the application of the demonstration method has led to an improvement in student learning outcomes. The demonstration method in Arabic language teaching was effectively implemented, as evidenced by the well-planned and executed teaching process, resulting in a clearer and more concrete learning experience
