Abstract

The government as the provider of the public service has put some efforts to provide excellent service that have been expected by the people. Therefore the government of North Sumatra Province, under North of Medan revenue departement tries to deliver excellent service based on law number 25 year 2009. Hence, one single roof administration system has launched a mobile samsat. However North of Medan revenue departement has observed and received some complaints from the people about the mobile samsat. Generally, this study utilize descriptive qualitative method, by this research, it has attained some findings about the public perception at service in North of Medan revenue departement and how this mobile samsat outreach the expected excellent service based on the law number 25 year 2009.

Abstract

Permasalah dalam penelitian ini yaitu 1) Tidak tercapainya target penjulan, 2) Potongan harga hanya bersifat musiman sehingga membuat para konsumen membeli khusus pada musim dan bulan tertentu, 3) Tenaga Kualitas Pelayanan belum memiliki pengetahuan yang cukup dalam menjelaskan produk. Kemudian tujuan dalam penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh diskon dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen pada PT. Himalaya Drug Company. Metode dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode kuantitatif. Sedangkan populasi dalam penelitian yaitu konsumen PT. Himalaya Drug Company yang berjumlah 250 responden sedangkan teknik penentuan dengan accidental sampling. Sehingga sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 71 responden. Adapun sumber data dalam penelitian ini dari data primer dan data sekunder. Dimana data primer dari observasi, wawancara dan kuesioner. Sedangkan data sekunder dapat dari data yang sudah didokumentasikan. Sedangkan teknik analisa data yang digunakan yaitu regresi linier berganda. Hasil hasil uji (t) atau uji parsial menunjukkan bahwa potongan harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen dimana dapat dilihat nilai t hitung 5,036 > t tabel 2,011 serta variabel kualitas pelayanan juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen dimana dapat dilihat nilai t hitung 2,443 > t tabel 2,011. Hasil koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,727 (72,7%). Sehingga dapat dikatakan bahwa 72,7% variasi variabel terikat yaitu potongan harga dan kualitas pelayanan pada model dapat menjelaskan variabel keputusan pembelian pada PT. Himalaya Drug Company sedangkan sisanya sebesar 27,3 % dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain di luar model.

Abstract

Job satisfaction that has not been fulfilled due to poor working environment and unfavorable employee competency level. PT. Dewa Rencana Perangin-angin is engaged in the agribusiness of oil palm plantations. The research method uses a quantitative approach, the type of research used is quantitative descriptive. Data collection is done by interviews, questionnaires and documentation studies. Analysis of the data used is multiple linear regression. The population used is all employees totaling 184 people. Determination of samples in the study using Slovin formula by taking 126 people as a sample, where 30 people will be used to test the validity and reliability of research instruments and the remaining 96 people made the study sample. The results showed that physical and competence work environments simultaneously and partially had a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction with determinant coefficient values of 0.109 or 10.9%, while the remaining 89.1% were influenced by other independent variables not examined. The conclusion of the study is that simultaneously and partially the physical work environment and competence have a significant effect on employee job satisfaction at PT. Gods Plan for the War of the Winds.

Abstract

Performance in an organization is carried out by all human resources in the organization, both elements of leadership and workers. There are so many factors that can affect human resources in running their performance. The theories used in this study are understanding, importance, influencing factors, benefits and objectives as well as indicators of supervision, training and performance. This research was conducted at PT. Terrain alert daily which is a company engaged in the press (newspaper) whose activities are associated with consumers and resource persons. The research method used in this study is descriptive quantitative with explanatory descriptive nature. The population in this study 91 employees is pt. daily field alert and study sample of 74 employees. By using a random sampling technique and 30 respondents from similar fields to test validity and reliability. The results showed that supervision and training simultaneously and partially had a significant effect on performance with a determination coefficient of 28.5%. Abstract

The main objective of this study is to determine the role of satisfaction in mediating marketing communications on visitor loyalty in Lake Toba. The target population and sample in this study were the visitors to Lake Toba who were selected by accidental sampling as many as 125 people. Path analysis in this study was chosen to see the direct and indirect role of satisfaction in mediating marketing communications on loyalty. The results of study 1) direct marketing communication has a positive and significant effect on visitor satisfaction at Lake Toba, 2) directly marketing communication does not affect visitor loyalty in Lake Toba. 3) Satisfaction directly has a positive and significant effect on visitor satisfaction at Lake Toba. 4) indirectly, satisfaction has a role in mediating marketing communication on visitor loyalty in Lake Toba

Abstract

Aceh Regional Secretariat is one of the Aceh Apparatus Work Units playing a role in supporting the improvement of Mandated Governance (Performance Report of Aceh Regional Secretariat, 2020). This achievement is carried out through the implementation of various programs and activities according to the Strategic Plan of Aceh Regional Secretariat and Rencana Pembangunan Jangka Menengah Aceh (RPJMA). However, in the implementation of its current activities, it is inseparable from various obstacles in improving its performance. Based on the description of previous research and because there are still differences in research results in the literature about the influence of LMX on performance, it is necessary to produce a new study to produce a clearer understanding for literature enrichment and also fill in the gaps that have occurred so far. This study wants to see the overall influence of LMX variables and work spirituality on the performance of employees of the Aceh Regional Secretariat. In this study, researchers used a descriptive method. Leader-member exchange and work spirituality has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of the Regional Secretariat of Aceh Province.

Abstract

Lake Toba is the target of a world-class tourist destination planned by the Indonesian government. Various policies and strategies were made to achieve these targets. The focus of the study in this study emphasizes the role of brand trust in mediating brand image on visitor loyalty in Lake Toba. The target population and sample in this study were 125 visitors to Lake Toba selected by accidental sampling. The path analysis in this study was chosen to see the direct and indirect role of brand trust in mediating brand image towards loyalty. The results showed that 1) brand image directly had a positive and significant effect on the brand trust of visitors to Lake Toba. 2) brand image directly has a positive and significant effect on visitor loyalty at Lake Toba. 3) indirectly, brand trust has a role in mediating brand image towards visitor loyalty at Lake Toba.
