Abstract

The development of the sea highway through the Makassar New Port project is a threat to the management of the Untia Fishermen's Village tourism area, Makassar City. So far, the potential of mangroves in Untia Fishermen Village has become a tourist attraction. The resilience of coastal communities is needed to deal with changes in the coastline caused by Makassar New Port. This research aims to discover the socio-cultural potential in the Untia Fishermen Village so that it can be developed into a creative economic business to adapt to changes in the environment around the area. The research was conducted qualitatively by interviewing and observing four informants who have played a role in the governance of Untia Fishermen Village. Data analysis was performed using SWOT. The results showed that the strengths in the study location are social capital in the form of creativity, compliance with rules, and awareness of managing plastic waste. In comparison, the existing obstacle is the inability to use digital marketing, which still needs to be improved. Collaboration of all parties is required through community empowerment activities and establishing strategic government programs for fishing communities threatened with losing their livelihoods as fishermen.

Abstract

This research aims to examine Collaborative Governance management of tourist villages. The research was conducted in the tourist village of Tirta Agung, Sukosari Kidul Village, Sumber Wringin District, Bondowoso Regency. The research method used is qualitative, data collection methods are carried out by interviews, observation and documentation. The results of the research show that the development of tourist destinations in Sukosari Kidul village was initiated by non-governmental organizations, namely the Sukosari Kidul village youth covil society. Collaborative governance in the management of the Tirta Agung Tourism Village destination, the stakeholders involved have different resources, this is a factor in collaboration. Collaborative management of the Tirta Agung Tourism Village can be said to fulfill the elements of the Collaborative Governance model according to Ansell and Gash which consists of institutional design and the village head of Sukosari Kidul as the facilitative leadership of the collaborative management of the Tirta Agung Tourism Village as well as in terms of a collaboration process which includes face-to-face dialogue,  joint commitment, shared understanding and intermediate outcomes/benefits. The collaboration that took place in Sukosari Kidul village can be said to be successful, but the joint commitment is still not optimal. The success achieved in the collaboration between civil society, namely the Pokdarwis and the Sukosari Kidul village government, namely the Tirta Agung Tourism Village, succeeded in becoming 2nd place in the award for the best Indonesian Tourism Village in the pioneer category (ADWI) 2022.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi pengaruh Persepsi Manfaat, Persepsi Kepercayaan, dan Persepsi Kemudahan Penggunaan terhadap minat nasabah menggunakan layanan mobile banking di Bank Rakyat Indonesia KCP Universitas Jember. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan   kepada nasabah bank yang menggunakan layanan mobile banking. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda dan uji t untuk mengevaluasi pengaruh variabel-variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen. Hasil uji menunjukkan bahwa Persepsi Manfaat dan Persepsi Kepercayaan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan dan positif terhadap minat nasabah menggunakan mobile banking, sesuai dengan prediksi TAM. Namun, Persepsi Kemudahan Penggunaan tidak terbukti memiliki pengaruh signifikan dalam konteks sampel ini. Selain itu, uji simultan (uji F) menegaskan bahwa secara keseluruhan, variabel-variabel independen secara bersama-sama memberikan kontribusi yang signifikan terhadap variabilitas minat nasabah. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah pentingnya bank untuk memperkuat persepsi manfaat dan kepercayaan nasabah terhadap layanan mobile banking melalui strategi pemasaran yang tepat dan peningkatan keamanan sistem. Dengan memahami faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi minat nasabah, bank dapat meningkatkan adopsi teknologi perbankan digital dengan efektif.

Abstract

Internships serve as a critical component of tourism and hospitality education, offering students the opportunity to apply theoretical knowledge in real-world settings. This study conducts a qualitative content analysis of two diploma student internship reports, focusing on placements at the international chain hotel and local tourism transportation. The analysis reveals four key thematic areas: task performance and role clarity, professional behavior and service ethics, technological adaptation, and reflections on learning and career readiness. Findings indicate that while students gained valuable operational experience and service skills, there was limited evidence of structured reflection and mentoring as the elements crucial for maximising learning outcomes and employability. This study contributes to the discourse on work-integrated learning by highlighting the need for improved internship design, including feedback mechanisms and alignment with digital and soft skill development. Implications are discussed for educators, industry partners, and policymakers aiming to enhance the effectiveness of vocational training in tourism education.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan Community-Based Tourism (CBT) dalam pengembangan desa wisata melalui peran Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) sebagai penggerak utama pemberdayaan masyarakat lokal. penelitian ini dilakukan di Desa Binor, Kabupaten Probolinggo, dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan metode studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Informan penelitian ini yaitu: pengelola BUMDes, masyarakat, wisatawan, serta perangkat desa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: kesatu, model CBT yang diimplementasikan secara konsisten mampu menciptakan partisipasi aktif masyarakat dalam perencanaan, pengelolaan, dan pelayanan wisata. Kedua, BUMDes berperan strategis dalam memfasilitasi pelatihan, penguatan kapasitas, serta pengembangan unit usaha berbasis potensi lokal. Ketiga, Penerapan CBT mampu meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat dan membuka lapangan kerja. Keempat, CBT melalui BUMDes mampu memperkuat identitas budaya serta mendorong pelestarian lingkungan. Temuan ini mempertegas bahwa pariwisata berbasis komunitas merupakan pendekatan efektif dalam mewujudkan desa wisata yang inklusif dan berkelanjutan

Abstract

Batik is one of Indonesia's iconic cultural heritages with great potential as a leading product in the creative economy sector and a typical souvenir of tourist destinations. However, the batik industry faces various challenges, such as low labor costs, lack of design and production technology innovation, and minimal utilization of business intelligence to support exports to global markets. This study aims to identify opportunities and challenges in developing batik as a competitive tourist destination souvenir in the international market. Using the methods of data collection and consolidation, information needs analysis, and strategy development, this research proposes a framework for mapping batik potential. Government support through regulations and marketing strategies for batik as a craft art includes market penetration, market development, product development, and diversification. A strategic approach that integrates innovation, sustainability, and community empowerment is expected to expand batik's role as a cultural symbol as well as a significant export commodity.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis transformasi pelayanan publik melalui Mall Pelayanan Publik (MPP) Kota Samarinda dengan menggunakan perspektif teori institusional W. Richard Scott. Latar belakang penelitian didasarkan pada tingginya kasus maladministrasi pelayanan publik di Indonesia yang mendorong pemerintah melakukan reformasi birokrasi. Tujuan penelitian adalah menjelaskan bagaimana regulasi, norma, dan kerangka kognitif masyarakat berinteraksi dalam mendukung transformasi pelayanan publik melalui MPP. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif-deskriptif dengan data sekunder berupa dokumen kebijakan, laporan Ombudsman RI, laporan SP4N-LAPOR, dan literatur akademik terkait. Analisis dilakukan melalui analisis konten dengan menelaah tiga pilar institusional Scott, yaitu regulatif, normatif, dan kultural-kognitif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa MPP tidak hanya memperkuat legitimasi regulasi melalui dasar hukum yang jelas, tetapi juga membentuk norma pelayanan baru berbasis transparansi, efisiensi, dan inklusivitas. Aspek inklusivitas tercermin dari penyediaan akses pelayanan yang lebih setara bagi seluruh kelompok masyarakat, termasuk kelompok rentan seperti penyandang disabilitas, lansia, dan masyarakat berpenghasilan rendah. Selain itu, kehadiran MPP mendorong perubahan persepsi masyarakat bahwa pelayanan publik dapat dilakukan dengan cepat, mudah, ramah, dan terbuka bagi semua. Penelitian ini berimplikasi pada pentingnya konsistensi kebijakan, sinergi antarinstansi, serta pengarusutamaan prinsip inklusivitas dalam menjaga keberlanjutan transformasi pelayanan publik. Abstract

Strategi Keberhasilan SDGs dalam pengentasan kemiskinan sebagai proses dan hasil dalam menjembatani perubahan makna dalam mendistribusikan norma global ke dalam norma lokal. Pelokalan ini menjadi jembatan strategi keberhasilan SDGs. Upaya yang dilakukan pemerintah dalam menjalankan SDGs dari PBB yang disebut norma global. Norma global membutuhkan jembatan untuk masuk ke dalam norma lokal agar bias diterima dengan baik oleh masyarakat. Keterlibatan partisipasi masyarakat diatur dalam Peraturan Menteri Desa Nomor 21 tahun 2020 tentang Pedoman Pembangunan Desa dan Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Desa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginternalisasikan norma global ke dalam norma lokal dalam pembangunan berkelanjutan di desa, mendeskripsikan Strategi Keberhasilan ke dalam faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam pengentasan kemiskinan. Lokus penelitian di Pesantren Nurul Qornain Baletbaru dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi keberhasilan SDGs di Pesantren Nurul Qornain Baletbaru Sukowono Jember telah berhasil karena keterlibatan Religius value (nilai agama) yang dimiliki Kiyai yang ditaati di dalam pesantren. Hal ini sesuai dengan kearifan lokal dan budaya setempat yang menjujung tinggi nilai relijius. Pesantren sebagai leading sector dalam pengentasan kemiskinan mampu berperan dalam memodifikasi norma global ke dalam norma lokal yang mudah diterima dan dipahami oleh santri dan masyarakat sekitar. Namun perlunya kolaborasi dengan berbagai pihak seperti pemerintah desa dan stakeholder lain perlu dilibatkan agar pencapaian SDGs di desa ini berjalan maksimal.
