Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis dan menguji pengaruh Content Marketing, Influencer dan Brand Image terhadap Keputusan Pembelian pada Tiktok. Sebagai salah satu aplikasi yang sering digunakan pada saat ini, Tiktok memiliki jumlah pengguna yang terus meningkat. Hal ini juga memicu peningkatan promosi yang dilakukan di dalam platform tersebut. Pentingnya kemampuan dalam menggunakan Content Marketing,   Influencer dan Brand Image  akan menjadi tren yang dibutuhkan dalam memberikan pengaruh kepada keputusan pembelian konsumen. Metode dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan jenis penelitian kuantitatif. Jumlah sampel 68 mahasiswa Fakultas Hukum Universitas Prima Indonesia sebagai sampel penelitian.. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah non-probability sampling. Hasil perhitungan hipotesis menunjukkan hasil bahwa  Content Marketing berpengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian. Hasil perhitungan hipotesis secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa  Content Marketing dan Influencer berpengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian. Kemudian pada variabel Brand Image berpengaruh negatif terhadap keputusan pembelian. Secara simultan Content Marketing, Influencer, dan Brand Image berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian yang diikuti oleh nilai pada koefisien determinasi sebesar 45.9%

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of service quality, product quality, and price on consumer satisfaction. The data analysis method used includes the F-test and T-test to determine the relationship and significance of each variable. The analysis results show that service quality has a positive effect on consumer satisfaction, with an F-test value of 0.837 > 0.662, a t-statistic of 2.345 > 1.96, and a p-value of 0.006 < 0.05, thus supporting the first hypothesis (H1). Furthermore, the effect of product quality on consumer satisfaction is also significant, with an F-test value of 0.829 > 0.662, a t-statistic of 2.911 > 1.96, and a p-value of 0.004 < 0.05, confirming the second hypothesis (H2). The price variable also positively influences consumer satisfaction, as indicated by an NFI value of 0.829 > 0.662, a t-statistic of 5.562 > 1.96, and a p-value of 0.000 < 0.05, supporting the third hypothesis (H3). Simultaneously, service quality, product quality, and price have a positive effect on consumer satisfaction, as shown by the analysis results confirming the acceptance of H1, H2, and H3 based on the T-test criteria. This study provides insights that improving service quality, product quality, and effective price management can significantly enhance consumer satisfaction.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh market orientation, inovasi, learning orientation terhadap keunggulan bersaing pada industri roti di Medan. Desain penelitian ini analisis regresi linear berganda digunakan sebagai alat analisis untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh antara variabel independent terhadap variabel dependen. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian asosiatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini, yaitu 100 pelaku usaha industry roti di kota Medan. Hasil pada penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel market orientation, inovasi dan learning orientation berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap keunggulan bersaing.

Abstract

This research aims to find out whether education and work experience influence work ethic with professionalism as a moderating variable in the Medan City Government's Department of Cooperatives, Small and Medium Enterprises, Industry and Trade. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis MRA- Moderated Regression Analysis. This research uses associative research with a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques were obtained from questionnaires. The population and the sample in this study was 99 people using a saturated sampling method, namely a sample that also represents the total population. The research results show that the variables of education and work experience have a significant influence on work ethic. For the Professionalism variable which acts as a moderating variable, in this research the professionalism variable is able to significantly moderate the education and work experience variables on work ethic.)

Abstract

This research aims to determine whether the influence of work motivation, discipline and leadership are mediating variables between motivation and employee performance at the Department of Cooperatives and smes of the Medan Government. The population in this study were all 99 employees who worked in the Department of Cooperatives and SMEs of the Medan Government. The data collection technique used in the research was a questionnaire. Because productive age is considered capable of influencing a person's work effectiveness and creative ideas. The research results show that the variables of motivation and work discipline have a significant influence on performance. The leadership variable which acts as a mediating variable in this study was able to mediate significantly between the variables of motivation and work discipline on performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of the work environment and human resource empowerment on training partially. To analyze the influence of the work environment, human resource empowerment and training on employee job satisfaction partially. To analyze the influence of the work environment and human resource empowerment on employee job satisfaction through training at the Department of Highways and Construction of North Sumatra Province. The population in this study was 446 people and 234 people were sampled using the Slovin formula. The analysis technique used was path analysis. The results of the study indicate that the work environment has a positive and significant effect on training, human resource empowerment does not affect training, the work environment affects employee job satisfaction, human resource empowerment affects employee job satisfaction, training has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, training mediates the effect of the work environment on employee job satisfaction and training does not mediate the effect of human resource empowerment on employee job satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of self-efficacy, personality and use of social media on entrepreneurial interest. The approach used in this study is a quantitative approach. The population in this study was 1896 students of Universitas Harapan Medan and the sample in this study used the 10% slovin technique so that a sample of 190 respondents was obtained. The sampling technique used stratified random sampling. In implementing this method, researchers used a questionnaire to obtain the necessary data because this method requires contact between researchers and respondents. The analysis technique used was multiple linear regression. The results showed that self-efficacy had a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial interest. personality had a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial interest. The use of social media had a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial interest. Simultaneously, it shows that self-efficacy, personality and use of social media have a significant effect on entrepreneurial interest in Universitas Harapan Medan students. Suggestions for students to improve their ability in entrepreneurship, one way is to attend various seminars and training in order to develop self-quality in entrepreneurship

Abstract

This study aims to analyze how the impact of Servant Leadership Workload and Compensation on increasing the work productivity of PT.Barokah Adi Sejahtera The population in this study was 150 people and all of them were sampled in this study using saturated sampling techniques. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that workload had a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity. Servant leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity. Compensation has no effect on employee work productivity. Simultaneously, it shows that the impact of workload, servant leadership and compensation has a significant effect on the work productivity of employees of PT Barokah Adi Sejahtera
