Abstract

The purpose of this study is to implement the K-Means Clustering method to determine the patterns of productive oil palm production based on their blocks at Pt Arta Prigel. The research is motivated by issues within the oil palm blocks, such as the absence of productive block summaries, insufficient plantation land analysis, and erroneous decision-making. The development method utilizes CRISP-DM, with data spanning 2 years from October 2021 to October 2023. From the 1275 production records, after cleaning, 1015 records remain. Filtering the initial 51 blocks results in 37 blocks for the years 2021 and 2022, and 46 blocks for the year 2023. After clustering, the production outcomes for the year 2021 are as follows: cluster_0 has 34 blocks, cluster_1 has 10 blocks. For the year 2022, cluster_0 has 24 blocks, cluster_1 has 37 blocks. In the year 2023, cluster_0 has 44 blocks, cluster_1 has 27 blocks. The testing method employs the silhouette coefficient, and the silhouette score testing results indicate the formation of 2 clusters (K=2) with a value of 0.62, the results obtained from testing with 2 clusters indicate that the formed clusters are accurate. The findings of this study include patterns, graphs, and production tables generated using the K-Means Clustering method at Pt Arta Prigel.

Abstract

Fruit is a healthy supplement, the biggest consumer of fruit is found in big cities. Pagar Alam is an area that produces various types of fruit. Assessment of fruit quality by farmer groups, still using manual methods so that it has some weaknesses. Weakness in evaluating the quality of fruit manually causes an inaccurate assessment because the assessment system is done by estimating the quality of a sample of fruits based on the experience of quality assessors and not based on standardized aspects of assessment. For this reason, a Decision Support System (SPK) was developed to determine the quality of fruit based on a website that helps assessors of the quality of fruits in farmer groups in determining accurate fruit quality with a quick process. This system uses PHP as its programming language, the method used by RAD is an object oriented approach. The system can be used to support fruit quality assessment decisions, thus providing data on the quality of current fruit yields and can be used as a reference for farmers to improve the quality of fruit production in the next harvest.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to assist the Pagar Alam City Tourism Office in optimizing tourism strategies, especially cultural tourism. The large number of tours managed by the Pagar Alam City Tourism Office causes random data collection so that it is less complete in making the best decisions regarding tourism visit strategies and by optimizing tourism strategies to find out what strategies or steps are the highest based on the category and making it easier for the Tourism Office to make strategies. . This research uses the K-Means Clustering method as a calculation medium for strategy optimization. The development method used, namely CRIPS-DM, consists of six phases, namely the business understanding process, data understanding, data preparation, modeling, evaluation and deployment. The results obtained from this research produced 2 Clustering Patterns for the Number of Megalithic Tourist Visits in Pagaralam City with cluster_0 totaling 13 items with the highest number of visits, cluster_1 totaling 30 items with the lowest number of visits.

Abstract

Tuberculosis is an infectious disease caused by the bacteria mycobacterium tuberculosis. Tuberculosis is a serious global health problem and can cause death if not treated properly. At the Sidorejo Health Center, the current process of diagnosing patients uses several benchmarks of medical history obtained from patients regarding complaints, symptoms, and risk factors, while the results of the diagnosis calculation are not yet known. Comparison of the K-nearest neighbor and naïve bayes algorithms in classifying tuberculosis can provide input for the Sidorejo Health Center in seeing the accuracy of the diagnosis of tuberculosis, with medical information such as symptoms and medical history, where later patient data will be processed using the rapid miner application. The system development method used in this study is CRISP-DM, which consists of business understanding, data understanding, data preparation, modeling, evaluation, and deployment. The testing method uses a confusion matrix to measure the accuracy of the algorithm model with the results being that the K-nearest neighbor algorithm produces a high accuracy of 98% while the naïve bayes algorithm is the lowest with an accuracy of 0.70%.

Abstract

The purpose of the implementation of community service activities is toprovide knowledge and basic skills in the field of application for accountingcalculator based on Android as supporting learning. The development ofinformation technology that supports the implementation of the activities(supporters) of the current work very much and offers facilities to their respectiveexcellence, the positive development of technology will make a good thing fortechnology users to facilitate daily activities. One technology that supports is asmartphone. Most students/I SMK PGRI City Pagar Alam already has a lot ofsmartphone based on Android. Abstract

Tujuan dari pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini yaitu untuk memberikan pelatihan kepada masyarakat Desa Bantunan Kabupaten Lahat dalam mendigitalisasi promosi pariwisata agar meningkatkan pengunjung pariwisata disana. Pariwisata didesa Bantunan banyak yang potensial tetapi masih rendah sekali dikunjungi pariwisatawan hal ini dikarenakan kurangnya promosi yang dilakukan oleh warga dan perangkat desa setempat. Padahal warga sudah memahami dan menggunakan teknologi tetapi mereka belum bisa memanfaatkan teknologi tersebut. Metode pelaksanaan yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat dalam mendigitalisasi promosi pariwisata yang dimiliki oleh Desa Bantunan Kabupaten Lahat meliputi tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Narasumber pada pengabdian ini adalah 1 orang dosen Program Studi Teknik Informatika Sekolah Tinggi Teknologi Pagaralam. Simpulan dalam pengabdian ini yaitu warga dapat menjadi konten kreator dan membuat marketing channel. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah warga desa Bantunan dapat memanfaatkan Tenologi dala mempromosikan pariwisata didaerahnya sehingga nantinya dapat meningkatkan pengunjung yang akan berwisata di desa Bantunan.

Abstract

The purpose of this activity is to provide students and the Tanjung Sakti community with knowledge about the use of digital marketing as a marketing medium to increase superior products in the Bipang Tanjung Sakti area. Where the development of the world in the digital era is so fast and it is very important for students and the community to use it in a positive direction and not misuse. Having digital marketing skills can become a marketing medium and provide skills in increasing product sales. The methods of implementing the activities carried out are the preparation stage, the implementation stage, the implementation stage and the evaluation stage. This activity is in the form of lectures, discussions, questions and answers and provides digital marketing training for students and the public in an effort to increase the promotion of superior products in the Bipang Tanjung Sakti area as an opportunity to open a business for entrepreneurship. The results of the implementation of activities at the pretest stage with a score of 70% show that many community service training participants still do not know about digital marketing. Next is the implementation stage by providing digital marketing training with materials on Packing, Photography Techniques, and Social Media Promotion. The results of the evaluation of the participants after training on digital marketing materials through protest obtained a value of 93%. This shows that after this training the participants really understand digital marketing to increase the promotion of superior products in the Bipang Tanjung Sakti area
