Hello Figma Support,I currently have a team set up under the Education plan, but I would like to downgrade it to the Starter plan. Could you please guide me through the process of downgrading my existing Education team to Starter?Additionally, I’d like to confirm what happens to our files and permissions after the downgrade — will all existing files remain accessible, and will there be any editing restrictions I should be aware of?Thank you in advance for your help!
Hi,We are trying to reskin a legacy product with a monolithic structure. Our stack is limited to HTML, CSS, and JavaScript only. We are using Figma Make because it allows us to translate React code into plain HTML, CSS, or JS which fits our stack. We also rely on prompts to quickly create front-end components, which is not possible in regular Figma Design.The problem is that Figma Make does not support creating libraries. This makes it impossible to: Reuse components (buttons, menus, dropdowns, etc.) Maintain consistency across our designs Scale our work into a proper design system Even if we tried to create a library in Figma Design, we cannot use it in Figma Make properly. From what we see and what others have shared, Figma Make does not currently import or respect external libraries properly.Our Questions: Is library support planned for Figma Make? Are they considered the same organization, the same Team? Because i added the accounts [redacted by forum admin/moderator to remove PII], [redacted by forum admin/moderator to remove PII], [redacted by forum admin/moderator to remove PII] to [redacted by forum admin/moderator to remove PII] Team and were charged for the added accounts? Why were they charged? Please explain this problem to me.Thank you,
Figma Make is great for creating animations and interactions, but it’s pretty annoying that it ‘improves’ the content all the time. I work with real content that is complex. That complexity is part of the problem I’m trying to solve, so it doesn’t work that Figma deletes it and proudly proclaimes that this is better for the user.In my second attempt I created the animations and interactions first. Then I tried to insert the real content piece by piece (‘replace this paragraph for this paragraph’). That also did not work; Figma Make still changes the structure and rewrites the content. (And not only the content I’m working on but in the whole page..)So.. is there a way to prevent this?

I’m currently working on a file that includes components from a design library. I see the button to “ignore autolayout” for any components that I add locally in the file, but it is not available for components from libraries.The only way to get it to apply it is to create a frame or group around the library component instance, add “autolayout” to that frame/group, and then ungroup.But then, I also can’t remove the “ignore autolayout.”This seems to be a bug.
Anything that changed in the last week? Suddenly no embedded prototype is playing anymore in the presenter mode. They load and work fine when previewing them in Edit, and when viewing them in the design Files, but nothing when presenting. Even in old files that they used to work in are suddenly broken
I've created a project using Figma Make on my desktop. It's a buildout of a mobile app UI pages. But I can't find the project/files through the Figma mobile app. Can any one help please?
I have created a dropdown component that has a hover mode, each instance has been named separately and shows correctly in design mode but when in present mode it defaults to the original component rather than the instance.
Why is Component Configuration hidden in the toolbar now?It used to be directly visible in the toolbar, but now it’s tucked away behind the “More options” menu. Our team works heavily with metadata in our asset libraries, and having to click the extra menu every single time gets really frustrating.Was there a specific reason for moving it?
I put in my payment information and pushed the button to complete the transation for a year subscription to a Collab seat, and instanty lost access to edit my own file durring a very important deadline. The app said I could use variables if I upgraded to any of the three paid plans, and now i cannot edit at all and it says i need to further upgrade to a Full seat to restore functionality to edit i had on the free paln. It is treating me like i am the team trying to access, not the owner. And won’t allow me (the owner) to give the “team” (me/myself) access. Can anyone help?
