Range: setEndAfter() method

This feature is well established and works across many devices and browser versions. It’s been available across browsers since July 2015.
The Range.setEndAfter() method sets the end position of a
Range relative to another Node. The parent
Node of end of the Range will be the same as that for the
referenceNode.
Syntax

Return value
None (undefined).
