Countries by Netflix streaming revenue in Europe in 2021

In the second quarter of 2021, Netflix continued to increase its presence within the European continent. However, within this region, the United Kingdom remains its top revenue generator. In Germany, which holds the second position, it generated revenues close to ***** million U.S. dollars, that is, about ** million less than in the British market. Meanwhile, Spain has gradually established itself as one of the European powerhouses for Netflix, thanks to original Spanish-language content that has crossed borders such as La Casa de Papel, Élite, or the recently released Sky Rojo. Therefore, it is not surprising that it is already the fourth largest market for the American giant within the Old Continent.
