Citation formats

When asked about the most important criteria for their e-commerce deliveries, some ** percent of German shoppers cited free shipping, and another ** percent picked shipment tracking. Free returns ranked third, at ** percent. In contrast, environmentally-friendly packaging and carbon-neutral shipping were only cited by ** percent and ** percent of respondents, respectively.
