Weird elimination of cravings/urges

Okay, I’m curious. I’m finishing my 3rd week on Wegovy (so .25). I noticed the day after my first injection, all thoughts about particular food/drink have gone away. That’s held true the entire time and is still true.

So for me, no desire for booze, no desire for nicotine and (here’s the weirdest aspect) I can’t look at anything dark or gory on Reddit. I was in a lot of the gore & true crime subs and could honestly scroll through them to make myself drowsy before bed. Now? There’s no way

While I’m sure there are others in this group who enjoy true crime, etc, I literally cannot stomach reading about or seeing anything gory.

Anyone else experiencing this? I’m just honestly curious about the science behind this.
