  • The glorious SBU special operation “Pavutina” is now pictured on a new postage stamp 🤝 To mark the 34th anniversary of Ukraine’s independence, Ukrposhta and the Security Service of Ukraine have united to capture what is perhaps the most ambitious attack in enemy territory. So that the world has no doubt: the fight continues. So that those in the swamps know: our people are fighting and will continue to do so, even when the enemy considers itself untouchable. ⠀ This stamp begins a series called “Stamps of Independence”, which will document the most significant events for the country on the anniversary of the national holiday each year. ⠀ The new stamp is already available for purchase at postmark.ukrposhta.ua, post offices, and philatelic shops.

  • Every year, philatelists around the world eagerly await the EUROPA stamps. In 2025, the miniature artworks will depict archaeological finds from across the European continent. ⠀ Ukrposhta’s issue features exhibits from the Institute of Archaeology of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine: ⠀ ▪️ an anthropomorphic Scythian stele (5th century BC) portraying a warrior, protector, and head of the family; ▪️ a Scythian akinakes sword (5th–4th centuries BC) and an akinakes dagger (6th century BC); ▪️ Finial depicting “Papai” (4th century BC); ▪️ bronze cauldrons (4th and 3rd centuries BC). ⠀ The “National Archaeological Discoveries” postage stamp will be released on August 15. ⠀ The print run is 40,000 copies. Design by Serhii and Oleksandr Haruk. ⠀ ✨ Holders of the “Exclusive” and “Exclusive+” philatelic subscriptions will receive a limited-edition postal block (5,000 copies).

  • Ukrainians donated over 750,000 UAH to help evacuate people from enemy fire by ordering the charity stamp “Country of Volunteers” 🫂 152,641 stamps have already been sold. We forwarded the funds raised to Denys Khristov, a volunteer who never stops saving lives, fighting for survival, and telling the world about our daily reality through his documentary film “1% of War”.

  • Bordunova Olha — postwoman, braveheart, mother, colleague, dreamer, friend. Forever with us ❤️🩹 On August 6, a russian FPV drone struck our mobile post office 11 kilometers from Kramatorsk. The hardest thing is hearing over the phone that the vehicle was seen in ruins, but not knowing what happened to our people — waiting for “details.” And the details… were merciless. Thankfully, thanks to the soldiers of the 56th Brigade, the driver survived. But tragically, Olha did not. We will remember her and honor her every day at 09:00. Please, take a moment of silence and remember her too. Rest in peace, Olha. Our deepest condolences to her family.

  • Ukrposhta and UAnimals have teamed up on a new project to raise awareness about animal protection around the world today. Because war is raging, and tomorrow may be too late. ⠀ We must be their voice and their salvation, so we are presenting boxes with images of: ⠀ ⠀ ▪️ a black stork with nowhere to return to, as its nest has been destroyed by a blast wave; ▪️ a red-listed stone crab that may disappear forever due to ecocide; ▪️ a lost kitten found under the rubble; ▪️ a long-eared hedgehog, a corsac, a barn owl, a Eurasian lynx, and other animals that may disappear from Ukraine because enemy attacks are destroying not only their homes but also them. There is a QR code on the boxes. Anyone can scan it and donate so the UAnimals can save, care for, and look after animals that can't survive without us. ⠀ You can join us and donate too: https://lnkd.in/eUmwKd3Q

  • Since the beginning of the Russian-Ukrainian war, more than 60,000 names have been entered into the Unified Register of Missing Persons. Behind each name is a person who is being waited for — and without whom life will never be the same. Today, the black-and-white Flag of Hope was raised over 21 Ukrposhta branches in Kyiv, Lviv, Odesa, Kharkiv, and other cities across Ukraine. ⠀ It stands as a symbol of unwavering belief that everyone currently in captivity or listed as missing will one day return home. It also honors those who died in captivity. We remember. We wait. We speak for those whose voices were stolen.

Ukrposhta's modular post office is in Rome! It has been delivered to the Ukraine Recovery Conference 2025, where the long-term reconstruction of Ukraine after the full-scale Russian invasion is being discussed. Thanks to our modular branches, we can quickly restore services in areas where permanent facilities were heavily damaged or destroyed by enemy shelling — and continue providing postal and financial services without interruption. On July 10–11, the world will see the same modular branch currently operating in Donetsk, Sumy, and Kharkiv regions. And Ms. Viktoriia, a postal worker from Kharkiv, will be there selling Ukrainian postage stamps that represent our country globally. Immediately after the event, a modular branch will be set up near the frontline. We are grateful to our partners at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) for supporting us in this project.

  • We keep working even under the toughest conditions! 🙌 Journalists from the Italian TV channel RSI visited the Zaporizhzhia region and showcased our work in frontline villages: bit.ly/3U8idg9 Despite the russian shelling, the work of the post office is complicated, but the delivery of pensions, bills, newspapers and parcels remains our duty and responsibility to the local people who rely on us. In such a difficult time, global support is especially valuable to us. We sincerely thank our Italian colleagues. Together we will win! 📸 Photographs by Massimo Piccoli / RSI

  • Over the past two days, russians damaged a sorting facility in Kramatorsk and three post offices in Kremenchuk, Sloviansk, and Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi. The latter is also a base for mobile units. Thankfully, our people are safe. We’ll recover — no matter what.

  • Last night, when the russians launched a combined attack on Kyiv, Ukrposhta lost two post offices — 03124 and 03126. Some of our employees lost not only their workplace but also their homes. Nevertheless, the team is already working on the recovery. Thank you to everyone who protects and saves lives. Our deepest condolences to the families of the victims 🫂 The world must see what the so-called “russian peace” really looks like.
