Okay so i am summing up everything here. To fill the gap between different team members. First make sure to set up a basic ground for everyone that could be much like very basic but it's okay. Atleast everyone will share same ground. Now after this you can provide your team with documentation aur video tutorials which will help them increasing their understanding blockchain. Make sure to allow them messaging you anytime in definite hours in which they can ask/clear any doubt with you. You Can also organize team meetings to enhance their blockchain knowledge and can discuss with each other regarding the same. And That's it.

Speaking from personal experience, we align through shared goals, regular knowledge syncs, and a clear product vision. Bridging senior blockchain devs and junior talent means fostering a culture of mutual learning—whiteboard sessions, weekly demos, and internal wikis help us stay on the same page. We also developed different onboarding flows for new team members with varying levels of blockchain knowledge, so that everyone on the team knows the basics or beyond, depending on the role.

When I noticed knowledge gaps within my team, I focused on creating an open, supportive environment where everyone felt comfortable sharing what they knew and asking about what they didn’t. I encouraged informal discussions, knowledge-sharing sessions, and one-on-one mentoring, making sure no one felt left behind. By fostering a culture of collaboration, I saw team members naturally step up to teach each other, breaking down silos and strengthening our collective expertise. I also made learning a habit rather than a task. Instead of rigid training, I integrated real-world problem-solving into daily work, letting the team learn through experience. By aligning learning with actual challenges, we made growth continuous and practical.

Promoting a culture of knowledge sharing and cooperation can help to bridge the communication gap among a diverse blockchain team. Organise frequent training sessions and seminars to level the playing field. Use plain, jargon-free language in talks and documents. Implement mentorship programs that match experienced members with others who are less familiar. Encourage free debate and questioning to clarify concepts. Use collaborative technologies to improve transparency in communication. Fostering an inclusive workplace and giving continual learning opportunities can help to improve team understanding and cohesiveness.
