    The question is actually formulated; Visual appeal OVER data privacy. (Qualifying question) Meaning; the client does not care about possible data breaches by using plug-ins, add-ons, or otherwise 3rd party script. The ethical dilemma posed is; Do we create a more visually appealing product at the cost of client privacy. The only correct answer; mitigate ~ Risk management is not a moral imperative, it’s a financial obligation. A robust privacy policy / cookie banner and token management is a necessity. Clients can/will ask for whatever they want. You never draw the line at form > function, but you build ethics into the systems. It’s not about ‘skirting’ the rules, it’s about compartmentalism.
