Whenever I had to learn about Cloud security I go straight to the documentation of the cloud provider itself. If I want to learn AWS I'll check the official AWS docs, If I want to learn Azure I'll go check the official Azure docs etc. It's that simple and the advantage is that it's always up-to-date and comprehensive, covering best practices, security features, and guidelines specific to each cloud platform. All the others sources of information will constantly have to catch-up. This is especially true for highly technical roles, engineers & hands on architects.

Make sure you're also keeping up and learning other technologies like Infrastructure (IaaS Compute, Storage, Networking), App/Dev (PaaS Compute, Cloud-Native Compute, Secret Storage, Deployment Pipelines), Operations (Alerts, Monitoring), Data/AI (IaaS & PaaS Data Engines, Confidential Compute), Identity (Traditional & Modern IdPs), End-User SaaS (M365, CASB). It may seem like a lot, but Security should be part of every conversation and the more you know about those technologies the more you'll be able to apply your Cloud Security knowledge.

The best way to learn cloud security is to break down each service used in architecture of a product/project and apply best practices to that service irrespective of the CSP. For example, You have IAM service or similar in every CSP. Learn about it. Break it down into bits like users, groups, roles etc Think about how to make it secure. How to grant least privileges. Read blogs about it. And most of all… Be curious.
