Adopting Agile in our IT strategy changed the way we handle incidents and requests. Our processes were solid but sometimes too rigid, especially when it came to prioritization. By combining Agile with ITIL, we found the right balance between flexibility and structure. We first tested Agile on internal projects, while ITIL served as the foundation for structuring IT support. Using Asana for collaboration and Freshservice for ticket automation helped us speed up resolution cycles. The results: - Incident resolution time reduced by 38% - User satisfaction increased from 83% to 97% - Better priority management, fewer bottlenecks in IT support This hybrid approach makes us more efficient every day.
