Taryn Finley is the Black Voices Editor and Senior Culture Reporter at HuffPost, where she covers news and entertainment stories that sit at the intersection of race and culture. An on-air talent and producer with a distinctive voice, Finley has contributed on-camera interviews, Reels and TikToks, multimedia projects for tentpole events and hosting for two HuffPost podcasts, "I Know That's Right" and "And That's That." She has earned an NABJ Award, Headliner Award and a special recognition from Penn State's Bart Richards Award for Media Criticism committee. Previously, Finley has worked at The Root, Essence, NBC and Radio One. She has a masters from Columbia University Graduate School of Journalism and is a graduate of Howard University.
