How I wish my past employers had adopted CareerPlug’s 30-60-90-day onboarding process that measures the success of onboarding from the new hire’s perspective. The goal of the program is to make employees feel like they are valuable and productive, which is the primary reason people stay with their employer. CareerPlug’s onboarding software provides the forms and tools required to manage the entire onboarding process, including tips for establishing key performance indicators (KPI) for each of the three onboarding phases.

The first of the three month-long phases is learning the tools, procedures and culture of the company with goals focused on competence and gaining an understanding of the metrics that apply to their various roles.
