Table 1 to be continued Structural Model The structural model explored the causal impacts of transformational leadership (TL) on commitment to change towards IPSAS implementation (IPSAS). Specifically, Hl was investigated in this model. Also, the estimated coefficient parameter is further analysed to assess the hypothesized causal effect of the variable. The coefficient representing the relationship between variable and the outcome of testing proposed cause-and-effect relationship is presented in Table 2.
