The Ark, Hammersmith, London W6

The Ark is a landmark building prominently situated in central Hammersmith and dominates the skyline of West London. It was designed by British architect Ralph Erskine and was completed in April 1992. Originally leased to Seagram as their headquarters, it provides circa 14,000 sq m (151,000 sq ft) of offices around a stunning atrium. We advised Deka on both their purchase in February 1997 for £43 million and following the vacation by the tenant, the sale in 2006 for £49.5 million.
