It investigates the role of mediation of green innovation in these relationships. The study applies quantitative research, collecting data through a cross-sectional survey of 432 employees in 58 large construction firms. Structural equation using modeling (SEM. Results of the study show that financial incentives, such as subsidy and tax benefits, improve resource efficiency, while non-objective/financial incentives, such as certificates increase recognition, stakeholder satisfaction, and competition. Companies should consider the adoption of both types of incentives to catalyze green innovation and align their operations with sustainability goals. Practical implications emphasize the need for firms to integrate both incentives and foster a culture of green innovation to achieve long-term sustainability goals. Policymakers are encouraged to design supportive frameworks that promote ecological incentives and innovation, particularly in developing economies facing resource constraints.

Patients with end-stage CAD have symptoms such as recurrent angina, breathlessness, and other debilitating conditions. End-stage CAD patients are usually those who have angina pectoris following a coronary artery bypass surgery or a percutaneous coronary intervention. These patients are refractory to optimal medical therapy and not fit for a redo procedure, and are often termed as 'no option' patients. We carried out a prospective cohort study to examine the effects of CSWT application in patients who had end-stage CAD and were no option patients. Characteristics such as angina class scores and functional status scores among cases (patients with end-stage CAD who received CSWT) and controls (patients with end-stage CAD who did not receive CSWT) were compared at baseline and at 6 months after CSWT therapy. There were 43 patients in the case group and 43 patients in the control group. The mean age of the patients was 58.7 ± 9.5 years in the case group and 56.6 ± 11.6 years in the control group. Other characteristics such as the prevalence of diabetes, hypertension, coronary artery bypass graft and percutaneous coronary intervention were similar in both groups. Clinical results showed a significant improvement in exercise time between the cases and the controls 6 months after treatment with CSWT (20.1 ± 15.7 min in cases vs. 10.1 ± 4.2 min in controls; P<0.0001), and symptomatic improvement in the CCS class scores (1.95 ± 0.80 in cases and 2.63 ± 0.69 in controls;…

This study examines how green horizontal leadership impacts the performance of green projects, emphasizing the mediating roles of green proactive innovation and green reactive innovation. This study investigates the role of leadership in fostering innovation and enhancing sustainability outcomes through the application of stewardship theory, organizational learning theory, and the resource-based view (RBV). A quantitative survey was conducted among enterprises in Jiangsu Province, China, a region noted for its industrial and economic development alongside its increasing environmental initiatives. Leadership, innovation, and project performance were examined using structural equation modeling. Green horizontal leadership promotes green project performance by mediating proactive and reactive innovation. Participatory and decentralized leadership styles improve environmental outcomes through strategic and compliance-focused sustainability programs. Merging multiple views, the study provides theoretical insights into leadership and environmental sustainability success. Organizations seeking sustainability through leadership development, investment in green innovations, and flexible laws have demonstrable results. Future research will expand the study's geographic coverage and examine other mediating factors that affect leadership, innovation, and performance.

This study examines how green vertical leadership influences green project performance, with green proactive and reactive innovation as mediators. Green vertical leadership, marked by centralized decision-making and strategic oversight, enhances compliance-driven sustainability and structured innovation. Results show that green vertical leadership fosters both proactive and reactive innovation, improving environmental efficiency and project outcomes. Green proactive innovation drives long-term sustainability, while green reactive innovation ensures regulatory adherence. Both innovation types link leadership to green project success. This study extends stewardship and organizational learning theories, highlighting leadership's role in sustainability-driven innovation. It offers insights for business leaders and policymakers, emphasizing the need to balance strategic control with innovation for effective sustainability management.

For such primary objective, annually based data collected from 2004 to 2016. The data taken from annual financial reports which issued by conventional banks. We have used ADF (Augmented Dickey Fuller) test to examine the unit-root of variables. Moreover, the multiple linear regression utilized for hypothetical estimation. The results indicates that corporate governance and conventional banks profitability of Pakistan are bidirectional (positive-negative) associated to each other. In addition, the board size (Board Directors) is negatively associated with Return on assets and return on equity of banks. Similarly, the board independence (Insider-Outsider Board Directors) is positively influenced to return on assets and return on equity of conventional banks of Pakistan. The overall findings shows that board size and board independence are hig...

The aim of the study is to find a correlation between organizational justice and readiness to change. The sample was carried from the employees working in telecom sector. The sample was carried from 309 employees. Previously used scales for the measurement of variables was carried out. The results of linear regression predicted that some factors of organizational justice are strong predictor of readiness to change.

The results ofthis window-based study showsthat SSA has a significant impact onSPof HBLand also positively impact onstock returnsof HBL. Besides,if comparatively visualize the consequences then market return (MR) ofHBL isslightly higher than the Karachi stockexchange KSE-100 index return. This study suggests thatsponsoring the sports events enhances the market capitalization and stock returns of sponsoring firms.
