Approve on the Move With Stanford’s Mobile Approvals App

Need to manage Oracle Financials transactions on the go? We have exciting news! The Stanford Mobile Approvals app is here to revolutionize financial transaction management.
 

The mobile approvals app features a user-friendly interface for approving financial transactions, offering a convenient alternative to the web application interface (ofweb.stanford.edu). With real-time notifications and secure access, you can review and approve requests directly from your Stanford-compliant iOS or Android device.

Supported financial transactions

The mobile approvals app currently supports the following Oracle Financials transactions: 

• Oracle iProcurement purchase requisition approvals, including change orders
• Purchase Order PTA  change requests initiated using the Requisition and Purchase Order Query tool 

Future integrations on the horizon

The mobile approvals app successfully launched earlier this year through a strategic partnership between Financial Management Services (FMS) and University IT (UIT). While not all transactions are currently supported, there are plans to expand the mobile approvals app's functionality in the future to include additional Oracle Financials transaction approvals and other Stanford applications.
