Claims (13)
- 노말 모드 및 블랙 모드 중 어느 하나로 구동되고,
OLED 및 화소 구동회로를 포함하는 복수의 화소 및
데이터 라인을 통해 상기 복수의 화소 각각에 기준 전압 또는 데이터 전압을 인가하는 데이터 드라이버를 포함하고,
상기 노말 모드에서, 상기 기준 전압과 상기 데이터 전압은 서로 다른 값을 가지고,
상기 블랙 모드에서, 상기 기준 전압과 상기 데이터 전압은 서로 같은 값을 가지고
상기 블랙 모드는 상기 복수의 화소가 블랙 색상을 구현하는 모드이고,
상기 노말 모드는 상기 복수의 화소가 블랙 색상이 아닌 색상을 구현하는 모드인, OLED 표시 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 화소 구동 회로는,
상기 OLED에 구동 전류를 공급하는 구동 TFT;
제1 스캔 신호에 따라, 상기 데이터 전압 또는 상기 기준 전압을 상기 구동 TFT의 게이트 전극에 공급하는 제1 TFT;
제2 스캔 신호에 따라, 초기화 전압을 상기 구동 TFT에 공급하는 제2 TFT;
발광 신호에 따라, 상기 구동 TFT에 고전위 전압을 공급하는 제3 TFT; 및
상기 구동 TFT의 소스 전극과 게이트 전극 사이에 연결되는 제1 커패시터; 를 더 포함하는, OLED 표시 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서,
상기 화소 구동 회로는,
상기 구동 TFT의 소스 전극과 초기화 전압 공급 라인 사이에 연결되는, 제2 커패시터를 더 포함하는, OLED 표시 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서,
상기 화소 구동 회로는,
상기 구동 TFT의 소스 전극과 고전위 전압 공급 라인 사이에 연결되는, 제2 커패시터를 더 포함하는, OLED 표시 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서,
상기 화소 구동 회로는,
상기 구동 TFT의 소스 전극과 저전위 전압 공급 라인 사이에 연결되는, 제2 커패시터를 더 포함하는, OLED 표시 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서,
상기 블랙 모드에서,
상기 기준 전압과 상기 데이터 전압은 동일한 직류 전압인, OLED 표시 장치.
- 제6항에 있어서,
상기 동일한 직류 전압은 상기 OLED의 구동 전압보다 낮은 상기 초기화 전압인, OLED 표시 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서,
상기 블랙 모드에서,
상기 구동 TFT의 문턱 전압은 센싱되지 않는, OLED 표시 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 블랙 모드에서 상기 복수의 화소 각각이 표현하는 계조는 상기 노말 모드에서 상기 복수의 화소 각각이 표현하는 계조보다 낮은, OLED 표시 장치.

상기 블랙 모드에서 상기 복수의 화소 각각이 표현하는 계조는 최저 계조(full-black)인, OLED 표시 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 복수의 화소 중 모든 복수의 화소 단위로 상기 블랙 모드와 상기 노말 모드의 구동 전환이 수행되는, OLED 표시 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,
