Abstract

The warning helmet comprises a helmet body, a warning lamp, a receiver and a transmitter, wherein the warning lamp is arranged at the rear part of the helmet body; the receiver is electrically connected with the emitter and the warning lamp respectively; the warning helmet further comprises a detachable connection assembly; the detachable connection assembly comprises a connection seat and a connection head, the connection head is arranged on the backlight side of the warning lamp, the connection seat is arranged at the rear part of the helmet body, and the warning lamp can be detachably connected to the helmet body along with the matching of the connection seat and the connection head. The warning lamp of the warning helmet is not directly connected with the helmet body, but is detachably connected through the detachable connection assembly, so that the warning helmet is more convenient to install and detach and is more beneficial to later maintenance. As shown in fig. 1 and 2, a warning helmet 10 according to an embodiment includes a helmet body 100, a warning lamp 200, a receiver 300, and a transmitter 400, wherein the warning lamp 200 is disposed at the rear of the helmet body 100; the receiver 300 is electrically connected to the transmitter 400 and the warning lamp 200, respectively; the warning helmet 10 also includes a detachable docking assembly 500; the detachable connection assembly 500 comprises a connection seat 510 and a connection head 520, wherein the connection head 520 is arranged on the backlight side of the warning lamp 200, and the connection seat 510 is arranged at the rear part of the helmet body 100; the connection base 510 is matched with the connection head 520, so that the warning lamp 200 can be detachably connected to the helmet body 100.

In the present embodiment, the adhesive 5113 is disposed on a side of the docking base 510 away from the mounting groove 5110, and the docking base 510 is adhered to the helmet body 100 through the adhesive 5113, so that the connection structure is more compact. Similarly, the connection between the connector 520 and the warning lamp 200 is not limited to glue joint, but can be a welding, screw connection, clamping connection or integral molding connection, and the like, and the connection is not limited herein.

It can be appreciated that by providing the fixing groove 130 on the helmet body 100, one end of the docking station 510 can be connected to the inner helmet 110 of the helmet body 100 through the fixing groove 130, so that the connection strength of the docking station 510 can be increased, and the length of the docking station 510 and the detachable docking assembly 500 extending out of the helmet body 100 can be shortened, so that the center of gravity of the helmet is kept stable, and the installation is more stable. By accommodating the receiver 300, the light source module 230, the main control chip 240 and the power supply 250 in the mounting cavity 260, the structure of the warning lamp 200 can be more compact and the functions can be more integrated. Referring to fig. 2 or fig. 5, in one embodiment, the mounting cavity 260 sequentially includes a light source module 230, a main control chip 240, a receiver 300 and a power source 250 from the lamp housing 210 to the lamp base 220, a button 2410 is disposed on a side of the main control chip 240 facing the light source module 230, the button 2410 sequentially penetrates through the light source module 230 and the lamp housing 210, and a pressing portion 2411 is formed on an outer surface of the lamp housing 210. It can be appreciated that by setting the button 2410 in the above manner, the functions of the warning lamp 200 are more integrated, so that the rider can directly control the on/off of the warning lamp 200 through the pressing portion 2411.
In one embodiment, the electrical connection may take many forms, such as a wired connection, a wireless connection, and the like. It is understood that the wired connection may be a wire connection or a circuit board connection, and the wireless connection may use a bluetooth connection or a WIFI (wireless information transmission) connection, and the specific connection manner is not limited, and those skilled in the art may also adjust according to the needs.

It can be appreciated that the transmitter 400 is specifically disposed in the sensor 2030 between the handlebar 2010 and the brake lever 2020 of the bicycle 20, so that the sensor 2030 can sense the steering of the handlebar 2010 and the brake lever 2020 to generate an electrical signal, the electrical signal sends a control signal through the transmitter 400, and the main control chip 240 can control the light source module 230 to generate different warning lights after receiving the steering control signal and the brake control signal. 1. The warning helmet comprises a helmet body, a warning lamp, a receiver and a transmitter, wherein the warning lamp is arranged at the rear part of the helmet body; the receiver is electrically connected with the transmitter and the warning lamp respectively;
The warning helmet is characterized by further comprising a detachable connection assembly;
the detachable connection assembly comprises a connection seat and a connection head, the connection head is arranged on the backlight side of the warning lamp, and the connection seat is arranged at the rear part of the helmet body; the connection seat is matched with the connection head, so that the warning lamp can be detachably connected to the helmet body.
2. The warning helmet of claim 1, wherein the connector base is provided with a mounting groove, the connector head is provided with a connector portion, and the connector portion is screwed or clamped in the mounting groove.
3. The warning helmet of claim 2, wherein a rib is provided on a peripheral wall of the joint portion, a clamping protrusion is formed on a wall of the installation groove, the joint portion is rotatably provided in the installation groove, and the rib can be matched with the clamping protrusion.

The warning helmet of claim 2, wherein a rib is provided on the peripheral wall of the joint portion, a retaining ring is fixedly provided at one end of the mounting groove, and the mounting groove is communicated with an inner ring of the retaining ring; the joint part is arranged in the mounting groove in a sliding way, and the convex rib can be clamped on the inner ring of the retaining ring.

The warning helmet of claim 2, wherein a first magnetic attraction piece is arranged at an end of the joint portion, a second magnetic attraction piece is arranged at a bottom of the mounting groove, and the first magnetic attraction piece corresponds to the second magnetic attraction piece in position.
6. The warning helmet of claim 1, wherein one side of the docking station is provided with an adhesive portion, and the docking station is adhered to the helmet body through the adhesive portion.
7. The warning helmet of claim 1, wherein the helmet body is further provided with a fixing groove; one end of the connection seat is embedded in the fixing groove and fixedly connected with the inner helmet of the helmet body.
8. The warning helmet of claim 1, wherein the helmet body is provided with a plurality of ventilation holes at positions close to the connection seat, and the ventilation holes are uniformly spaced along the length direction of the connection seat.

The warning helmet of claim 1, wherein the warning lamp comprises a lamp cover, a lamp holder, a light source module, a main control chip and a power supply, wherein the lamp cover and the lamp holder are mutually buckled to form a mounting cavity; the receiver, the light source module, the main control chip and the power supply are electrically connected with each other and are accommodated in the installation cavity.
10. The warning helmet of claim 1, wherein the transmitter is configured to be disposed between a handlebar and a brake lever of the ride-on vehicle.
