The design of this study was post-test only control group design. The samples were taken by using the technique of random sampling which involved 80 students. The samples were divided into experimental and control group. The data were collected and administrated using questionnaire and test, which were analyzed using two-ways ANOVA. The results of the study displayed that (1) there is a significant difference on the English reading comprehension between the students who are taught by using MURDER strategy and those who are teught by using conventional strategy (FA=32.3, p 0.05).

This also indicates that the job performance shown by all components in the organization had worked in accordance with their respective roles and functions. Achievement Human Resources are employees who can adjust themselves in organizational culture or company, namely as follows: Employees who have adequate skills and knowledge for the achievement of organizational goals or companies, Employees who have the desire to work with the results as high as possible, the emergence of high productivity and low number of turnover, low absenteeism and high level of job satisfaction, always appreciate the system already implemented by the organization and prioritize the company's interests in carrying out its mission, with the aim of achieving the vision expected by the company (Justine, 2006) Gito Sudarmo in Sutrisno (2009) revealed that the work motivation is very important for the high or low productivity of a company (organization). The goals that have been set out will not be achieved without the motivation of the employees to work together for the interests of the company. On the contrary, if there is a high motivation of the employees, then it is a guarantee for the successful of the company in achieving its objectives. Therefore, managers (leaders) must always generate high work motivation to employees to carry out their duties. While it must be admitted that motivation is not the only factor affecting one's level of Work Achievement. There are other factors that also influence such as knowledge, attitude, ability, experience and perception of role Obviously, the goals of the organization will not be achieved if it is not supported by adequate competence from the leaders of the organization to their employees. In one side, We often hear leaders who complain about the performance of their subordinates, as a result of their inadequacy in carrying out the duty and function imposed on it. While in other side, we also hear employees complain about the competence of their leaders in managing the organization. Therefore, in order to overcome the discrepancy or gap of competency, the leaders are required to have sufficient Leadership competencies in managing the organization so that they can bring their organization to a high performing or achieving organization.

The sample of this research are teachers with civil servant status (PNS) at education institution of elementary school in Batukliang sub-district spread over 45 elementary schools with 200 teachers (excluding school principals). Sampling technique in this research is using purposive sampling. Data analysis done using path analysis with Structural Equation Modeling with AMOS-20. The research results showed that leadership and work environment have a significant effect on satisfaction of elementary school teachers in Batukliang sub-district.

This type of research is causal associative. The data collection method uses a census. Respondents in this study were all directors of Village Owned enterprises on the Lombok Island, as many as 85 peoples. The data collection tool used in this study was a questionnaire. Data analysis using SEM-PLS. The results of the research and discussion above, the conclusions from the research that can be drawn are: (1) Entrepreneurial mental attitude has a positive and significant effect on the Performance of Village Owned Enterprises. (2) Entrepreneurial mental attitude has a positive and significant effect on the Technopreneurship. (3) Technopreneurship has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Village Owned enterprises.

The objective of this study is to analyze and determine the significance of the influence of ethical leadership and workplace spirituality on the implementation of organizational culture and organizational commitment. The data collection method used was a survey method. The study population was all employees who were actively working at the Ministry of Religion in 5 (five) districts/cities on the island of Lombok. The total population is 250 employees. The sample was determined by the purposive sampling method. The number of samples is 168 employees who became respondents in this study. The analysis tool used is the Structural Equation Model Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). The results of this study are (1) ethical leadership and workplace spirituality have a positive and significant effect on organizational culture (2) Ethical leadership, workplace spirituality, and organizational culture have a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. The findings in this study can support the results of previous studies and can be used as references for next researchers.

This study aims to examine the perceptions of tourism business actors from the millennial group in implementing the concept of Halal tourism on the island of Lombok. This study uses a qualitative descriptive phenomenology approach. The data were obtained through observation and in-depth interviews from Muslim tourism businesses which were determined by snowball sampling. The results show that millennial business actors in the tourism sector have good perceptions and positive attitudes towards the implementation of the Halal tourism concept on the island of Lombok. Limited knowledge and understanding regarding Halal indicators and standards is not a big obstacle to applying Halal principles because it is the culture and culture of the people of Lombok.Keywords:Halal Tourism Implementation, Perception, Muslim Millennial Groups, Lombok

This study aimed to examine the effect of individual characteristics, compensation for services a... more This study aimed to examine the effect of individual characteristics, compensation for services and work ethic on the performance of the nurses at the General Hospital of the City of Mataram. This study uses a quantitative approach and included in the associative causal research. The study population was all nurses on duty at the Hospital as many as 318 people. Based on the calculation formula Slovin, then the size of the sample used in this study as many as 178 people. Therefore, in this study population is homogeneous, then the sample is determined by a simple random sampling technique. Data were collected using a questionnaire distributed to 178 respondents. Furthermore, the data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results showed that the characteristics of the individual, compensation services and work ethic partial and simultaneous significant positive effect on the performance of nurses. Compensation services are the dominant variable affecting the performance of the nurses at the Hospital. It is advisable for the management of the Hospital to give priority to members who excel by providing continuing education, training, and career development.

The research was designed in a classroom action research which was done on three cycles. The practicum was performed in class eight grade 8B of MTs.Yaqin 2 Pemondah which had 34 learners. During the practice the main area taught was English using useful strategy to help the students in improving their communicative ability.
