Hence, the extent to which educational administrators administer the system more efficiently and effectively lies greatly on their knowledge and application of the dynamics of group formation. The thrust of this paper therefore critically examined interaction and balance theories of group formation with more emphasis on the borrowables or implications of the theories to educational administrators. The knowledge of interaction and balance theories of group formation would help school administrators to ensure a clearly and distinctive definition and delineation of the responsibilities of employees in the system. It would also help them to maintain and sustain a healthy work environment which promotes positive interactions and sentiments among staff members; thereby promoting effective and efficient realization of the system's predetermined aims and objectives.

In carrying out all these academic tasks, it is needful that they do so timely and promptly in order to meet up with deadlines. However, some tertiary institution students sometimes either deliberately or not delay or avoid some of the tasks which they are duty bound to carry out; thereby resulting in academic procrastination. Thus, this work centered on understanding the dynamics of academic procrastination among tertiary institution students in Nigeria: The need for proper guidance of students. It basically explored in details the concept of academic procrastination, its types, prevalence, causes and consequences. Also discussed herein were the remedial measures which school administrators, lecturers, parents, general public etc can employ in order to guide students who engage in academic procrastination. Students who are victims of academic procrastination may also utilize the measures discussed herein in order to reduce or totally overcome the ugly phenomenon.

In blended structured learning, students actively engage, enhancing learners' outcomes. However, learners have peculiar characteristics that can present difficulties in effectively utilising blended instruction. Studies conducted in Nigeria on students' peculiarities and inventive pedagogy of technology are scanty. The sampling technique that was used in the selection of the sample from the department of science education was multistage sampling. A sample size of 217 students was used for the study. In the biology unit, 120 students were selected, chemistry 80 students, physics ten students, and mathematics seven students. Semester results and the Learners' Peculiarities and Learning Outcomes Questionnaire (LPLOQ) were employed for data collection. Results: The students' peculiarities examined were relevant for a potent blended instruction climate. The purpose of the study was to ascertain the influence of street hawking on antisocial behavioural of hawking children as well as on girl-child sexual abuse in Calabar Municipality of Cross River State. Thus, two objectives and two null hypotheses were formulated to guide the study. This study adopted Social Provision Theory by Jane Addams (1949) as its theoretical framework. The research design adopted for this study was descriptive survey. The sample of the study constituted 400 hawkers drawn across the 10 council wards in Calabar Municipality. Accidental sampling and purposive sampling techniques were used for the study. The instrument used for data collection was closed-ended interview questions. In some cases where the hawkers were found in group, focused group interview was adopted but where only one hawker was seen, the hawker was interviewed personally. In analyzing the data obtained from the respondents t-test was used test the hypotheses at 0.05 level of significance. The finding indicated that there is significant influence of street hawking on antisocial behaviour of children in Calabar Municipality. Result also showed that street hawking has significant influence on girl child sexual abuse in Calabar Municipality. Base on the findings of the study, it was recommended that the government of Cross River State should carry out an enlightenment campaign through radio, television, bill post in collaboration with some religious institutions on the negative consequences of street hawking in order to minimize the moral hazards inherent in it. Also, as a way of curbing the menace of street hawking, the government should take urgent steps in making active policies and laws that can help stop the prevalence of street hawking by child care givers. Parents and caregivers should be enlightened on the negative effect of street hawking on children; the girlchild in particular.

To fulfill the study's goal, two null hypotheses were developed to lead the investigation. The study employed an ex-post facto research approach. The study's population consisted of 1,205 SS 2 students from public secondary schools in Obudu. The study's sample consists of 176 SS 2 pupils drawn from the eight schools chosen for this study using a non-probability sampling technique. The main instruments used for data collection were a four-point rating scale questionnaire titled "Parental SocioEconomic Factors and Child Abuse Tendencies Questionnaire." The questionnaire contained 20 items. The instruments had reliability coefficients of 0.77 and 0.98 for the questionnaire. The hypotheses were tested using an independent t-test analysis. The study's findings found that family size and parental income level influence child abuse tendencies in the study area. In accordance with the results, a few suggestions were made, among other things: counselors should encourage parents and caregivers to attend family planning seminars and recognize the importance of having a small family size that they can comfortably and conveniently cater for in Obudu Local Government Area.
