In order to conduct business well, entrepreneurs need to be motivated by several factors in order to have the interest for entrepreneurship. Luthje and Franke's model (LFM) argued that in order to spark the interest for entrepreneurship, it is affected by several factors, which are internal and external factor. Therefore, this goal of this research is to determine how big the impact of internal and external factor on interest for entrepreneurship. The aim of this research is to understand and analyze the effect of entrepreneurial education, consisting of sportpreneur program, personality and self-efficacy on interest for entrepreneurship. There are 4 variables in this study, which are: entrepreneurial education (X1), personality (X2), self-efficacy (X3) and entrepreneurship interest (Y). The research method used is quantitative method, whereby the data was obtained through online distribution of questionnaires. Research sample/subject is East Java KONI athletes that have participated in sportpreneur program in Institusi Surabaya. Based on the result of this research, it is shown that entrepreneurship interest is positively and significantly affected by Entrepreneur education consisting of sportpreneur program and self-efficacy, however, entrepreneurship interest is not affected by personality.

It is essential to know the factors that affect a customer’s Intention to Purchase when online, such as the TAM Factors (perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use) and social factors (social influence, peer influence) attitude towards to use in using online applications. This research uses the SEM data analysis method as- sisted by Partial Least Square (PLS) software. Data collection is carried out by distributing questionnaires in the form of Google forms to people in Sidoarjo and Surabaya who have made online purchases at the KKN Café. This study is a quantitative research and using SEM-PLS as analysis tool. The sampling data method in this study is to give a sheet of questionnaires to 40 Quantum Plastic’s customers. The validity and reliability of this method are taken from data results’ fitness. There are 5 results of this study : CRM (X1) has a significant effect toward customer’s satisfaction (X3). Customer trust (X2) has a significant effect toward satisfaction (X3). Customer Satisfaction (X3) doesn’t have any effect toward their loyalty (Y1). Our study contributes to the family business literature by showing how professionalism can influence family business. Professionalism refers to the extent owners manage to fulfill their assigned roles and commitments to the companies. This article is a quantitative study using exploratory factor analysis to describe variability among variables. We analyzed professionalism factors by involving 49 family businesses. While exploring professionalism factors from the owners of family businesses, we confirmed the data using Confirmatory Factor Analysis. There were four indicators of professionalism factors in Family Business: lines of authority, respect for the hierarchy, control management, and future investment. The results of this research indicated respect for the hierarchy had the highest factor value of 0.846.

The variables studied in this research are word of mouth (X1) and product attributes (X2). Word of mouth has four indicators which are word of mouth intensity, positive word of mouth, negative word of mouth, and the content of word of mouth. Product attributes also have four indicators which are price, speed of service, menu variance, and taste. The analytical tool used in this research is multiple regression. The populations in this research are those who have ever bought Ice Manias products and the number is infinite. The size of the sample is 35 respondents with a sampling technique of convenience sampling method. The analysis result shows that word of mouth and product attributes have a significant effect both partially and simultaneously toward purchase decision of Ice Manias.

In 2018, Cikake was established in Surabaya, offering rice-bowl as its main product. Since 2019 Cikake has had its first outlet at a food court called Foodland Pandaan, in Pandaan, East Java. Cikake has a commitment in which every two years will open several offline stores or outlets starting from several cities around Surabaya. During two years running, Cikake's sale turnover has always fluctuated, which has drives Cikake to do promotional activities to improve Cikake's brand image and purchase intention of Cikake consumer. This research aims to determine the effect of promotional mix on purchase intention, the effect of promotional mix on brand image, the effect of brand image on purchase intention, and the effect of promotional mix on purchase intention by mediating brand image. This type of research is quantitative. The population in this research is people who have an interest in Cikake product. The sample consists of 190 respondents using the purposive sampling technique. Data analysis in the research uses Partial Least Square with SmartPLS 3.0 program to calculate data. This research indicates that brand image significantly mediates the effect of promotional mix on purchase intention. Likewise, the promotional mix significantly affects brand image. Also, promotional mix and brand image significantly affect purchase intention.
