Leadership has experienced difficult roles such as educators, managers, administrators, superviso... more Leadership has experienced difficult roles such as educators, managers, administrators, supervisors, and motivators in improving the quality of education, characterized by difficulties recruiting new students even schools are closed or schools disband. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the role of leadership in improving the quality of education in Pesantren Qur'an Al Fida. Using descriptive-qualitative methods, with a CIPP (Context, Input, Process and Product) model approach. Primary data sources obtained through direct observation in the field, and secondary data obtained through pesantren leadership report documents, representatives, teachers, and pesantren administration personnel through interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis using library research, by studying, collecting and processing data from various literature sources, both journals and books. The results of the study concluded that the evaluation of the role of leadership in improving the quality of education in the Qur'an Al-fia Islamic Boarding School. The contex stage has been carried out its leadership role. The input stage of pesantren leaders has a good influence, namely, providing life examples, paying attention, developing the potential of education staff and teachers, through education and training both seminars, workshops, webinars, providing motivation and a better vision and mission for the future. At the stage of the process, pesantren leaders make adjustments between programs that have been planned to improve the quality of education including improving teacher performance, involving students. The product stage, has implemented a teacher performance improvement program, comfortable learning for students, so that students excel both provincially and nationally. So it can be suggested that if you want to improve the quality of Qur'an Al Fida pesantren education, then increase the role of leadership.

It was conducted on 22 students who attended EFL “Speaking for formal setting” class at the English Education Department in a Public University in Mataram, NTB, Indonesia. To gather data, speaking tests were implemented before and after treatment with the Muvizu-PBL technique. To grab deeper reasoning of the quantitative data, the observation was done, and a semi-structured interview was administered to six students. The data were analyzed quantitatively using SPSS 23 version, and the qualitative data were thematically analyzed. The results showed that students’ average speaking scores increased from 67.7 (in Cycle 1) to 73.9 (in Cycle 2) and their responses supported this improvement. But as the cyber landscape has changed, so is the cyber security threat that follows. Security is needed to prevent from cyber threat such as data theft, modification, and fabrication, especially in a web-based environment. In this research, RSA 2048-bit algorithm, AES 256-bit and SHA 256 will be implemented in PHP and Javascript programming. Secure Electronic Learning System (SELS) application is designed to accommodate security services, such as confidentiality, integrity, authentication, and non-repudiation. Encryption to provide confidentiality services in file exchange process. Digital signature used to provide integrity, authentication, and non-repudiation in the access control and file exchange processes. Moreover, application can give information about file modification with notification to users. We demonstrated the implementation of cryptography in SELS can prevent data theft, illegal access, data modification or fabrication and is proven on the test.

At present, Malaysia has recorded more than 2 million cases since its first case; detected in January 2020. This study describes the clinical characteristics and outcome of COVID-19 patients urgently hospitalised in Seremban district from its local COVID Assessment Centre (CAC).Methods. Clinical records of all confirmed COVID-19 cases admitted urgently from three designated CACs between July and September 2021 in Seremban district were retrieved. The demography and clinical characteristics were captured, and the COVID vaccination status and clinical outcomes of each case were obtained and descriptively analysed using SPSS version 22.0.Results. A total of 240 samples were analysed. About 54.6% were female and 45.4% were male. The median age was 51 years. Although Indonesia still does not meet the requirements for emission reduction according to IMO tier III, it is hoped that later it can follow developments especially in meeting the conditions tier III IMO. One way to fulfill IMO tier III requirements is to use Methanol as an alternative fuel. In this paper shows the results of mathematical calculations and several designs according to the IGF Code and rules classification. Methanol systems required a high level of security to meet IMO regulations and classifications. Fuel tank and a minimum distance of 800 mm will be taken. In this case, the ship will have at least 2 fuel tanks.The tank capacity needed by methanol fuel on ships requires a larger tank. amounting to 142.8 m3, so a larger tank volume is needed. there are some additional components not found in conventional fuel systems but the addition of components is not significant. The methanol fuel cost is about Rp.307,145,433 and the HFO fuel cost is about Rp. 298,395,683.50. in this case relatively more expensive than the conventional fuel. The retrofit of the engine is about Rp.7.859.500.236 So overall the total additional costs needed for the methanol fuel system are depends of the specification of the ship.

Hasil Penelitian Tas Punggung Pintar dapat direalisasikan dengan penggabungan sub-sistem yang berfungsi dengan baik, diantaranya : Arduino Mega 2560, Modul Buck Converter Adjustable IC LM2956, Sistem Display berbasis LCD & Keypad dan I2C, Sistem Pengukur Berat Bebasis Load Cell 5Kg-TAL220B dan ADC 24-bit HX711, Modul GPS Neo 6M-V2, Buzzer, RTC, Modul SIM 800L, dan Baterai Li-Po 3 sel. Sistem Tas Punggung Pintar dapat memberikan informasi berat isi tas dengan keakuratan pengukuran dengan akuratan mencapai ± 0,3 Kg, dapat memberikan informasi posisi GPS dengan tingkat rata-rata keakuratan mencapai 31,72 meter, dan dapat memberikan informasi kepada smartphone pengguna berat isi tas dan posisi GPS0 memalui komunikasi SMS dengan baik dengan daya tahan baterai mencapai 8 jam sebelum diisi ulang.

Cadmium (Cd), which is considered a carcinogenic metal, promotes breast cancer (BC) progression, ... more Cadmium (Cd), which is considered a carcinogenic metal, promotes breast cancer (BC) progression, but the precise mechanism remains unclear. Herein, MCF-7 and T47-D cells were treated with 0.1, 1, and 10 μM cadmium chloride (CdCl2) for 24, 48 and 72 h. In our study, Cd exposure significantly accelerated the proliferation, migration and invasion of MCF-7 and T47-D cells. Notably, Cd inhibited autophagic flux by suppressing ATG5-dependent autophagosome formation but had no significant effect on autophagosome-lysosome fusion and lysosomal function. The genetic enhancement of autophagy through ATG5 overexpression suppressed the Cd-mediated increases in proliferation, migration and invasion, which indicated a carcinogenic role of autophagy impairment in Cd-exposed BC cells. GSEA and GeneMANIA were utilized to demonstrate that the Cd-induced decrease in ACSS2 expression mechanistically inhibited ATG5-dependent autophagy in BC cells. Importantly, ACSS2 overexpression increased the level of H3K27 acetylation in the promoter region of ATG5, and this result maintained autophagic flux and abolished the Cd-induced increases in proliferation, migration and invasion. We also verified that the expression of ACSS2 in BC tissues was low and positively related to ATG5 expression. These findings indicated that the promoting effect of Cd on BC cell proliferation, migration and invasion through the impairment of ACSS2/ATG5-dependent autophagic flux suggests a new mechanism for BC cell proliferation and metastasis stimulated by Cd.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran umum mengenai lebah madu tidak bersengat Kabupaten Luwu Utara, Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Penelitian ini bersifat eksploratif yang dilakukan di tiga desa di Kabupaten Luwu Utara, yaituDesa Sabbang, Desa Baebunta dan Desa Bone-bone. Hasil pengamatan menunjukan terdapat tiga jenis lebah tidak bersengat yang dominan, yaitu Trigona incisa, Trigona leviceps dan Trigona biroi.Terdapat perbedaan jenis pakan pada ketiga desa yang menyebabkan perbedaan warna sarang.

This bag can provide information about the bag’s weight and the location of the user via text messages (SMS). The bag is designed using several main electronic devices, namely the microcontroller (Arduino Mega2560 board), the buck adjustable IC LM2956 module, the 5 Kg load cell sensor, the Neo 6M-V2 GPS module and the 800L-SIM module. From the test results, this bag system can measure the bag weight of up to 5 Kg with measurement accuracy reaching around 0.3 Kg; can read the user’s position with the accuracy of the GPS position reading reaching around 25 meters, and can provide bag weight information and user’s position through SMS communication. This bag is also capable of working for around 8 hours using a rechargeable Li-Po-3S 1400mAH battery.

Penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan field research dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif. Metode kualitatif digunakan untuk mendeskripsikan pemahaman warga mengenai banjir dan bagaimana proses terbentuknya. Analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif-evaluatif, diikuti dengan explanatory analysis, critical analysis dan analisis komparatif. Di antara hasil penelitian ini adalah di kalangan masyarakat korban banjir teridentifikasi tiga aspek dari kesabaran saja, yaitu ahwal, aqwal dan af’al. Sehingga aspek internal act dalam pandangan warga hanya meliputi ahwal saja. Sedangkan aspek external act meliputi ucapan (aqwal) dan tindakan (af’al).

Data were analyzed using Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA). Based on the results of the analysis, it was concluded that the most dominant character of the leader is able to carry out management functions by 85.93% and less dominant leader's character that led initiative in providing solutions to the problems that occur in the company amounted to 29.48%.

The research design was experimental study. There were four groups in this design; two groups for experimental group and two groups for control group. The sampling technique was random sampling which meant each subject or unit has an equal chance of being selected. The technique of data collecting in this research were documentation and testing. Data was analyzed by using t-test formula and t-table. The sample for this study consisted of one hundred and sixty-four (164) students.
