I have installed RustDesk (latest version 1.4.7) on my home computer (A), work computer (B) (both Windows 11), and Android phone C. The RustDesk server is deployed on a Windows server (D). Currently, home computer A can control work computer B, and phone C can control both computers A and B. However, with the same configuration, work computer B cannot control home computer A. It used to work long ago, but suddenly at some point it stopped working and shows a "Key Mismatch" error. Could it be that I misconfigured something, or is it blocked by the work network management? Or are there any other reasons? I have already tested older versions of RustDesk and encountered the same issue.

RustDesk Key不匹配的问题 Deleted all files under C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Roaming\RustDesk (including all files in both the config and logs folders), reconfigured RustDesk, and it's working now. |
