In python when editing intellisense fails to see modules specified relative to PYTHONPATH, but works for modules relative to the one being edited.
I have tried using a .env file to specify PYTHONPATH, and also adding the path to the Search Paths section of the project, in both cases the file is ale to execute correctly, I am also able to right click on an entry in Search Paths and open a command window to verify the location, but intellisense always ignores these settings.
