Description
Problem
Description
On the "Create a list" page, the "History" and "Cancel" buttons in the main header are misaligned and have inconsistent spacing. The buttons appear to be incorrectly positioned within the header's colored background, resulting in a cramped and visually broken layout.

Reproducing the bug
- Go to https://openlibrary.org/
- Click on profile section
- Click on My Books
- Click on Create a list
Expected URL https://openlibrary.org/people/[user_id]/lists/add
Expected behavior
The History and Cancel buttons should be aligned to the right of the "Create a list" page title. They should have clear, consistent spacing between each other and align horizontally with the title, presenting a clean and organized layout.
