First: thanks for these tests! They've been very helpful.

Some of the tests (e.g. story 31) have the headers in an order that violates rfc7540 (pseudo-headers have to come first), and this was causing tests against my encoder to fail.

Not a big deal, just made me scratch my head for a bit. Might be worth noting.
