As discussed in #625

Reasons:

• Website at the moment looks like something from 2010th and should be modernized
• GraphFrames is a Scala-first library
• I don't know Ruby and I do not want to learn it
• As a most active maintainer I want to have fun with pure functional static site generator instead of diving to configuring the Jekyll :)
• Laika is natively integrated into sbt and very lightweight and flexible

• Switch website backend to Typelevel Laika
