运行eide插件用vscode ssh连接到linux服务器情况下
Describe the problem
由于是内网环境，采用的是手动安装，用vscode ssh到linux服务器，vscode terminal可以检测到net环境
但运行eide就无法检测到，
Expected behavior
检测到已经安装net
