Description of the issue

The qlpack.yml / codeql-pack.yml file supports a property called compileForOverlayEval. This property is in the automatically generated qlpack.yml file when using the VS Code extension or codeql pack init. However, the property is not documented anywhere, neither here in this repository nor on https://docs.github.com/en/code-security/codeql-cli/using-the-advanced-functionality-of-the-codeql-cli/publishing-and-using-codeql-packs#qlpackyml-properties

It would be good to either document the property or (if it is too low-level) not include it in the automatically generated qlpack.yml file. Otherwise it might be confusing to users what the purpose of this property is.
