Use case

Flutter Windows native implementation should bring any way to draw the system's button while customizing title bar to keep features like "snap layouts"

There is some packages in pub.dev that helps customizing title bar by "disabling" the system's one, but this disables native features like Windows 11 snap layouts and there is no way to render that.

Proposal

Create an API to let the system draw the native buttons when "frameless" mode from window_manager package or bitsdojo_window_windows native hack to runner's main.cpp, keeping features like "snap layouts".
