Describe the bug

It appears the bug from this issue with a merged fix has reappeared in 9.0.1 of the DevServer package:
#56119

I can revert to 9.0.0 and everything works as expected.

Expected Behavior

The application starts as expected with the 9.0.1 DevServer package

Steps To Reproduce

1. Create a WASM standalone test project with sample pages
2. Test to see if the application works with DevServer package 9.0.0
3. Upgrade the WASM DevServer package to 9.0.1
4. An error similar to this one should appear when you run the application
   
5. Press "OK" and the application doesn't start.
