Prep for the next change which ensures we cleanup rpmdb leftovers;
we can't do that while possibly holding an open reference.

I messed up the release and only bumped the embedded spec file,
better late than never so as not to confuse ourselves for the
next release.

when replacing the kernel packages using rpm-ostree but
with the layout in /usr/lib/kernel/install.conf set to ostree
we need to check for a wrapped systemd before calling dracut
to get the correct modules in the initramfs.

When rpm-ostree kernel-install is called from dnf or rpm we
don't wrap before running scripts so we were ok in that path.

build(deps): bump clap from 4.5.26 to 4.5.27

kernel_install: unwrap systemd if it's wrapped

build-sys: Bump version to 2025.3

container: Do rpmdb cleanup in outer scope

packaging/spec: remove kernel_install conditional

Release 2025.4
