Description

Extend the existing Grafana dashboards to visualize the new Prometheus metrics related to prebuild timings.
Include panels that help users track:

• Workspace creation type (preset, prebuild pool, none)
• Pool build times vs. claim times
• Aggregated timing insights across templates, organizations, and globally

This will give users better visibility into prebuild performance and improvements.
